Objective: To explore the application of the Task-oriented training method apply in the spastic cerebral palsy children’s rehabilitation. For it in the domestic mobile movement dysfunction of cerebral palsy, provides an objective basis for application in the rehabilitation field, to help improve cerebral palsy children daily the motor function and life ability, so as to better adapt to and participate in school and social environment. Methods: Chose 60 cases of children with spastic cerebral palsy in a randomized, 30 cases in control group, 30 cases in treatment group. Control group using conventional rehabilitation training, the treatment group with conventional rehabilitation training combined with Taskorientated training, the two groups were treated for 3 months. Taken respectively analysis method with children in before and after treatment, Gross motor function scale assessment(GMFM – 88), Footprint analysis, Time up and go test(TUG), 10 meters walk test(10MWT), 1 minute walk test(1MWT) and Pediatric evaluation of disability inventory(PEDI) were assessed. Results : Two groups of D and E rating scores of GMFM, turnover step length, step width, TUG times, 10 MWT times, 1MWT distance and PEDI mobile ability part scores are better than before treatment(p< 0.05), the treatment group is better than that of control group(p< 0.05).Conclusions :1. Combined conventional rehabilitation training with Task-orientated training can improve children with spastic cerebral palsy gross motor function.2. Combined conventional rehabilitation training with Task-orientated training can improve gait, improve walking speed and endurance.3. Combined conventional rehabilitation training with Task-orientated training can improve children with spastic cerebral palsy movement function and daily life activities ability observably, helped children back to school and society.
