| With the rapid socio-economic development and continuous improvement of living conditions,people’s health needs are also getting stronger and stronger.Regular physical examination becomes an important tool for individual health care.As the most basic method of health examination,blood tests can obtain a large number of serological indicators,and some serological indicators show regular changes with age,which contain a wealth of human health information.Therefore,detailed analysis of the relationship between serological indicators and age,and on this basis,to study the physical health status assessment method applied to Chinese natural populations is of great significance for the individual’s health maintenance and the construction of an aging and healthy society in China.Aiming at the lack of quantitative analysis of the correlation between serological indicators and age in the existing biomarkers related studies,a method for subjective and objective combination of age-related biomarkers extraction and quantitative analysis is proposed.In this method,the biomarkers of aging are extracted from serological indicators,by significance test,correlation analysis and biological significance judgment,then the trends of biomarkers of aging are quantitatively analyzed,and the normal reference range of indicators are respectively calculated for people of different ages and different genders.Based on 1694 measured data,the results show that 14 aging biomarkers extracted by this method have a significant linear relationship with age,and its quantitative analysis results can provide a reference for clinical diagnosis.Aiming at the lack of quantitative,uniform and objective evaluation standard and the limitation of current comprehensive assessment methods,a quantitative assessment method of physical health status incorporating single-indicator health degree calculation and multi-attribute comprehensive assessment is proposed.The method firstly constructs the evaluation indicator system including 27 serological indicators and 10 disease indicators,and then calculates the indicator health degree separately for different characteristic individuals so as to obtain the health risk,functional status and diseased score,and finally uses the linear weighted method to calculate the physical health status score.At the same time,a verification method which includes the verification of actual samples and the verification of simulated samples,is designed to validate the validity and rationality of the assessment results of physical health status.Using 1694 measured data and 2000 simulated data,the experimental results show that the method can objectively and effectively quantify the status of physical health.A prototype system of physical health status assessment based on B/S architecture is designed and implemented.The application of the system uses HTML,JS,CSS to achieve,and the background uses C++,PHP to achieve,including data acquisition,data transmission,data preprocessing,results calculation and results showcase and other functional modules.The results show that the system has friendly interface,strong interaction,strong concurrency,robustness and fault tolerance. |
