Objective : From the perspective of strategic management,comprehend the existing in development of Z hospital,analyze and comprehensively evaluated systematically,find out the influencing factors,provide strategic advice for the development of Z hospital,also can reference for other public hospitals as same type,supporting thinking and reference of public hospitals reform.Method:Through literature research and field investigation,data collection of internal environment after new health care reform,analyze strengths and weaknesses of Z hospital.PEST analysis and Porter’s five force model to analyze opportunities and potential threats of external environment with the hospital,according to the external environment and internal environment,SWOT analysis to the strategic evaluation of Z hospital,research the most updated development of hospital.Result:1.main advantages of hospital there are public praise,medical technology,continuous improvement in infrastructure,clinical teaching,finance and location advantage.relatively disadvantaged aspects are area limitation,backward management system,irrational of professional ranks in health careprovider and scientific research is not strong.2.main opportunities now facing there are socioeconomic development,support and attention of government,gradually improved of Medical insurance policy,the coming of astogeny society,the two child policy opened and medical technology rising quickly,major threats to face there are influence of the new medical reform policy,residents’ awareness of safeguard legal rights is enhanced and medical law is not perfect,deepening of medical marketing and the impact of emerging technology.3.Based on the PEST-SWOT,development strategies of Z hospital in future is:SO strategy: consolidating the brand and technical advantages,strengthening the cooperation between colleges and universities and discipline construction,giving full play to the regional advantages,give full play to regional advantages and expand the related businesses of women,children,and geriatrics.ST strategy:promoting regional medical cooperation and accelerate the construction of medical partnerships,optimize the process of grading diagnosis and treatment,strengthening the cooperation with the social medical institutions,strengthening informatization of hospital.WO strategy: Improvement to medical service quality and patient experience,cooperate with the society and participate in the mode of combination of medical care and pension,emphasize to personnel training and strengthen the construction of the talent echelon.WT strategy:Complete of cost control and comprehensive budget management,perfecting the performance appraisal and completing the remuneration reform,strengthen the internal training,improving medical service quality consciousness,implementing the Refined Management.Conclusion: Strategic management can be applied to strategic development planof the public hospitals,more comprehensive to analyze external environment and internal environment,which can help hospitals to better understand their own advantages and disadvantages,know well the external competition opportunities and challenges. |
