Discussion On Zhang Zhongjing’s Treatment Thought From The Treatment Taboo In Treatise On Febrile Diseases

Research objective: This topic hopes to explore Zhang Zhongjing’s idea of disease treatment through the analysis of the articles of treatment and prohibition in Treatise on febrile diseases,so as to avoid the mistake of "reinforcing excess and discharging deficiency " in clinical syndrome.Research method: In this paper,the literature research method is used to select the treatment taboo articles in Treatise on febrile diseases,which meet the inclusion criteria,to explore the treatment thought of Zhang Zhongjing reflected in the articles.Research Results: Zhongjing’s treatment ideas included in the treatment taboo are as follows: 1.Three yang meridians disease is mainly to dispel pathogenic factors,and the basic contradiction is to accumulate pathogenic factors;three yin meridians disease is mainly to support the right,and the basic contradiction is to love pathogenic factors.2.Pay attention to drug decocting and post medication care.3.Zhongjing reveals the physiological characteristics,pathogenesis,transmission and treatment of febrile diseases through taboo clauses such as fire reverse syndrome.4.This civilization has confirmed the influence of constitution on the occurrence,development,treatment and prognosis of diseases.Research Conclusion: Through sorting out,summarizing and analyzing the content of six meridians disease treatment,this paper reveals Zhang Zhongjing’s disease treatment thought from the perspective of taboo,explains more fully the content of treatment taboo in Treatise on febrile diseases,and further explores Zhang Zhongjing’s treatment thought of exogenous diseases from a new perspective.
