Objective: This article mainly discusses the clinical efficacy of spinal acupuncture therapy for cervical and shoulder fasciitis from the perspective of clinical research, and compares the effect of spinal acupuncture therapy and ordinary acupuncture on cervical and shoulder myofascitis. It is hoped that this clinical observation will provide a safer and more effective treatment for the clinical treatment of cervical and shoulder fasciitis in the future.Method: In this study,60 patients with neck and shoulder myofascitis who met the diagnostic criteria of this subject from the outpatient department or inpatient department of the Acupuncture Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2018 to March 2019 were used as observation objects.Randomized control was used The research method was randomly divided into two groups,an experimental group and a control group, with 30 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with vertebral needle therapy:(1)Position: the patient was sitting on the backrest chair, the forearm was on the back of the chair, the forehead was leaning on the forearm, and the operation site of the neck and shoulder was fully exposed.Apply the operation to the affected area, and rubbed with kaleidoscopic oil(or other oil to lubricate the skin)on the operation area.(2)Operation method:first pull the top of the neck Jiaji points on both sides from top to bottom with a round sharp head 5 times, and then slide 5 times vertically and horizontally;then use it from Fengchi to Jianjing and Ashi The hammer head beats 10 times at each acupoint, and then slides 20 times horizontally and longitudinally;then beats 10 times each time, twists 10 times, plucks along the starting point, high point of the abdominal muscles, and the end point 20 times;finally hammered 10 times and 10 strokes at each point of the shoulder Waishu,Jianzhongyu,Bingfeng,Tianzong,Quyuan and Ashi.Treated every other day for two weeks. The control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture:(1)posture: the patient was placed in a prone position.(2)acupoint selection: referring to the "Acupuncture Therapeutics" edited by Gao Shuzhong Jiaji,Jianjing,Jianwaiyu,Jianzhongyu,Bingfeng,Tianzong,Quyuan, and Ashixue.(3)Operation method:After routine disinfection of bilateral acupuncture points, use Huatuo brand 0.3 mm × 40 mm acupuncture needle to quickly puncture, neck acupuncture point 0.5-1 inch, shoulder acupuncture point 0.7-1.2 inch, flatten Laxity, twisting and twisting until you are energized, leave the needle for 30 minutes, and do it once in the middle.Treat once a day for2 weeks. The visual analog pain score scale and the quantification scale of soft tissue injury were used as observation indicators to compare the clinical efficacy differences between the two treatment methods.Results:1.The total effective rate of the spinal needle group was100%,and that of the general acupuncture group was 80%.After statistical analysis, the difference was significant(P<0.01).2.Visual simulated pain(VAS)score: There was no significant difference in visual simulated pain scores between the two groups of patients before treatment(P> 0.05);after the treatment course, the pain scores of both groups showed a significant decrease, and both groups performed Comparison between groups before and after, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that the two groups of treatment can alleviate pain;comparison between groups after treatment, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that the spinal needle group is in terms of pain relief The effect is better.3.In terms of soft tissue injury symptom scores, there was no significant difference between the two groups of patients in terms of soft tissue injury symptom scores before treatment(P>0.05);after the treatment course, the soft tissue injury symptom scores of the two groups showed a decrease, and both groups were treated with The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both can improve the symptoms of soft tissue injury;the comparison between groups, the difference between the two groups after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating the spinal needle The group was more effective in improving soft tissue symptoms.Conclutions:1.Vertebral acupuncture and ordinary acupuncture both have good clinical effects in the treatment of cervical and shoulder myofasciitis. Both treatment methods can alleviate pain and improve the symptoms of soft tissue injury in patients.2.Vertebral acupuncture is superior to ordinary acupuncture in pain relief and soft tissue injury symptoms.3.The clinical effect of vertebral acupuncture therapy on cervical and shoulder muscle fasciitis is superior to ordinary acupuncture therapy, which has the advantages of non-invasive pain, safety, patients without fear and willingness to accept.
