| Purpose: To observe the clinical efficacy of patients with premature ovarian insufficiency of Kidney-Yin Deficiency Type in the modified Zuo Gui Decoction Combined With Acupoint application therapy With ovarian protection,compared with the simple use of Chinese medicine the modified Zuo Gui Decoction,By comparing TCM symptom scores before and after treatment,total KI scores,changes in blood FSH,LH,E2,AMH,and changes in the Antral Follicle Count observed by B-ultrasound,I hope this method can provide better treatment for clinical treatment The program can improve the quality of life of patients and increase the conception rate.Methods: By selecting 60 patients who Visited the outpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine by selecting the matching diagnosis from September 2017 to September 2019 meet the diagnostic criteria for premature ovarian insufficiency of Kidney-Yin Deficiency Type,they were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group 30 cases were attached to the modified Zuo Gui Decoction Combined With the Acupoint application therapy With ovarian protection,and the control group 30 cases were given to the modified Zuo Gui Decoction.Treatment of 3 months cycle,and follow up 6 months,Count and compare the TCM symptom scores,total KI scores,and changes in blood FSH,LH,E2,AMH before and after treatment,and B-ultrasound to observe changes in the Antral Follicle Count before and after treatment,and then use excel and spss23.0 Statistical analysis was performed to obtain the improvement results of clinical symptoms in the two groups.Results: 1.After 3 months of treatment,Both the treatment group and the Control Group had better clinical curative effect,the total number of the treatment group was 30,the total effective rate was 70.00%,the number of cure was 2,the rate was 6.67%,the number of significant effect was 8,the rate was 26.67%,the number of effective was 11,the rate was 36.67%,the total effective rate was 60.00%.In the control group,the total effective rate was 30.00%.The total cure rate was 1,the effective rate was 3.33%,the effective rate was 7,the effective rate was 23.33%,the effective rate was 10,the effective rate was 33.33%,the ineffective rate was 12,the effective rate was 40.00%.The total effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the treatment group(P<0.05).2.After three months of treatment,the average POI TCM symptom evaluation value before treatment was 21.15±4.52,the post-treatment POI TCM symptom evaluation value was 10.10 ± 2.11,and the control group before treatment POI TCM symptom evaluation value was 20.85±3.22.After treatment,the average POI TCM symptom evaluation value was 11.85 ± 3.21,and the POI TCM symptom evaluation value was significantly reduced in both groups,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups.The treatment group was better than the control group in the improvement of the POI TCM symptoms evaluation(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the total KI points of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment.The average value of KI points before treatment in the treatment group was 27.10±1.54,the average value of KI points after treatment was 20.97±6.46,and the average value of KI points in the control group before treatment.26.95±5.21.The mean value of total KI points after treatment was 23.23±3.58.Compared with the control group,there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Therefore,the treatment group was better than the control group.4.Before treatment,AMH,E2,FSH and LH in the treatment group were compared with those in the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the values of FSH and LH in each group were slightly lower than those in the control group,after treatment,the values of E2 and AMH in each group were slightly higher than those before treatment(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups in AMH,E2,FSH and LH(P>0.05).5.After treatment,the number of sinus follicles in both groups increased significantly.The average value of AFC before treatment in the treatment group was 2.63±1.33,and the average value of AFC after treatment was 3.75±1.02.The average value of AFC in the control group before treatment was 2.49±0.98.After treatment,The average AFC is 3.33±0.79.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P>0.05).6.After 1 year of follow-up,the pregnancy rate in the treatment group was 30.00%,and the pregnancy rate in the control group was 23.33%,(P<0.05).There was a difference between the two groups.the treatment group is better than the control group.The relapse rate in the treatment group was 25.00%,and the relapse rate in the control group was 27.27%(P>0.05).There was no difference between the two groups.It shows that both groups have good longterm clinical efficacy in the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency of kidney-yin deficiency type.Conclusion: According to the above results,the modified Zuo Gui Decoction combined with Acupoint application can improve the total effective rate,POI TCM symptom evaluation,KI total score,pregnancy rate difference and relapse rate of patients with premature ovarian insufficiency of kidneyyin deficiency type before and after treatment.Moreover,compared with the modified Zuo Gui Decoction,its total effective rate,POI TCM symptom evaluation amount and KI total score group are different,which shows that the modified Zuo Gui Decoction and Acupoint application is more accurate than the simple the modified Zuo Gui Decoction in clinical treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency of kidney-yin deficiency,which can improve the quality of life of patients,and has no obvious adverse reactions in the treatment cycle and one year of follow-up,and is safe and reliable. |
