| In the 1980s,private hospitals in China gradually appeared in the public view.In the early stage,private capital or personal capital were two forms of investment,mainly specialized hospitals or outpatient departments,with relatively small strength.From 2001,China’s medical market was gradually opened up,and a series of opening policies were introduced,which enabled a large amount of capital to enter the medical field,and private hospitals developed rapidly Oral health care industry has the characteristics of low input,fast output and small medical risks,making oral health care industry the first choice for private capital to enter the medical industry.After 2010,the competition is particularly fierce,and the original management concept has been unable to adapt to the great changes in the current medical industry.To achieve long-term development,private hospitals must have a more clear and comprehensive understanding of themselves.How to design and choose its own development strategy to adapt to the complex and changeable political,economic and social technological environment is extremely important,which is also the top priority of jinan DH stomatological hospital.This paper takes the development and operation of jinan DH stomatological hospital as an example,analyzes and discusses the opportunities and challenges of the stomatological hospital in the current situation,and studies,discovers and designs its development strategy based on its own reality.This paper first summarizes the enterprise strategic management theory,then analyzes the macro environment of jinan DH stomatological hospital with PEST analysis method,and systematically elaborates the industry competition structure and development situation with porter’s five forces model,and finds out the opportunities and challenges in the development process.Through the diagnosis of human resource structure,staff business ability,equipment update and other aspects,the advantages and disadvantages of the hospital are found out.SWOT matrix was used to comprehensively analyze the development strategy of jinan DH stomatological hospital,and the long-term and short-term development strategy was put forward to ensure its implementation.From the perspective of the market development of private stomatological hospitals,this paper tries to find out the coping strategies of jinan DH stomatological hospital in the market competition under the influence of the existing national policies.Based on the analysis of its internal and external environment,feasible strategy selection and strategy implementation guarantee,it is proposed that the development of jinan DH stomatological hospital should be an alliance and diversification path that is both professional and competitive,market and public welfare.It is hoped that this paper can provide some guidance and reference for the development and operation of DH stomatological hospitals,and it is also expected that the ideas in this paper can provide reference for other private hospitals. |
