Research On The Link Path Of Medical Social Work Resources From The Perspective Of Social Capital

Resources can provide support for the needs of patients in hospitals,which is the key to alleviate the social problems such as the pressure of medical economy,the difficulty of disease adaptation and the limitation of social communication.However,the needs of hospitalized patients are diversified and complicated,especially the ability of self mobilizing resources of vulnerable patients is insufficient.In the background of an imperfect social work service resource system,in order to solve the social problems of patients and their families and ensure the effectiveness of social work services,it has become an important task to study the link of medical social work resources.Through case studies,it is found that patients have resource needs such as enhancing awareness of resource needs,expanding resource acquisition channels,and improving resource acquisition capabilities.Medical social work resource link has the characteristics of diversity of resource demand,limited supply and collaboration of resource link,In addition,there are constraints such as fragmentation of social networks and lack of reciprocity in medical social work resource links.And patients face greater difficulties in the process of obtaining resources and solving difficulties due to their narrow social network and shortcomings of knowledge,and they need to seek the help of medical social workers.Therefore,this research starts from the theory of social capital,deeply analyzes the changes of social capital,and brings about the influence and effect of resource increment and stock,and explores the path of medical social work resource link.Through research,it is found that the social capital perspective theory is effective for medical social work resource links.This article mainly draws the following five conclusions:first,enhance the resource link effect;second,improve the efficiency of resource link;third,promote cooperative relations that have sustained stability;fourth,realize resource appreciation;fifth,improve resource utilization efficiency.Combining with the shortcomings of practice,proposed a path to link medical social work resources,that is constructing a diversified network system of “hospital-family-traveler-government-social enterprise”;establishing a multi-party linkage trust standard mechanism to promote the combined use of multiple resourcesubjects;Conductive to a harmonious environment of medical social work service resources.
