| Objective:The purpose of this project is to observe the clinical effect of Xuanfei Lishui decoction in the treatment of sudden deafness caused by external evil attack and upper ear orifices.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2019,60 cases of sudden deafness with external pathogenic invasion and upper ear orifices were selected.Were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases each.Western medicine group(control group)was injected intravenously with dexamethasone injection,once a day for 10 mg,each time;ginkgo biloba extract: gold more than 35 mg,intravenous drip,once a day;mouse nerve growth factor 18μg,intramuscular injection,once a day;methylcobalamin tablets once 0.5 mg,oral,3 times a day.Xuanfei Lishui decoction combined with routine western medicine group(treatment group)took ginkgo leaf extract: gold more than 35 mg,intravenous drip,once a day;mouse nerve growth factor 18μg,intramuscular injection,once a day;methylcobalamin tablet 1 0.5 mg,oral,3 times a day.Both groups took14 days as a course of treatment,a total of 1 course of treatment.Average hearing threshold test results before and after treatment were recorded and the tinnitus and ear tightness were scored.The clinical efficacy of Xuanfei Lishui decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of sudden deafness and its associated symptoms(tinnitus and ear tightness)was evaluated.SPSS20.0 statistical software was usedto analyze all the data.RESULTS:1.Comparison between the two groups before and after treatment: Chinese medicine group,western medicine group after treatment of the average hearing threshold,tinnitus and ear stuffy symptoms compared with before treatment,the three groups of results after statistical analysis(P<0.05),have statistical significance,the two groups of treatment methods can improve the average hearing threshold and improve tinnitus,ear stuffy symptoms.2.Two groups of subjects after treatment of clinical efficacy comparison :(1)deafness efficacy comparison: traditional Chinese medicine treatment group total effective rate 90.00%,western medicine control group total effective rate 83.33%;two groups of subjects after treatment of deafness clinical efficacy data statistical treatment(P=1>0.05),suggesting that the two groups of treatment methods are good for deafness,no significant difference.(2)Comparison of the curative effect of tinnitus: the recovery rate of tinnitus treatment group was 77.70%;that of western medicine control group was 46.15%;and that of tinnitus treatment group after treatment was treated by statistical treatment(P=0.002<0.05),indicating the two groups There was significant difference in the recovery rate in the group,which indicated that the curative effect of earing in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.(3)Comparison of the curative effect of ear tightness: the recovery rate of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was 89.47%;that of western medicine control group was38.88%;and that of two group subjects after treatment was statistically treated(P=0.000<0.05),improvement effect of treatment group on ear tightness symptoms was better than that of control group.Comparison between the two groups after treatment :(1)the increase of the average hearing threshold: after treatment,the hearing threshold of the two groups of subjects increased significantly.(2)Improvement of tinnitus:after treatment,the tinnitus score of the patients in the Chinese medicine treatment group was significantly lower than that in the western medicine control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups.(3)Improvement of ear tightness: after treatment,the ear tightness score of the patients in the Chinese medicine treatment group was significantly lower than that in the western medicine control group,and there was a significant difference.Conclusion: Xuanfei Lishui decoction combined with conventional western medicine and dexamethasone combined with conventional western medicine can effectively treat sudden deafness caused by external pathogens and upper ear orifices.At the same time,the Chinese medicine Xuanfei Lishui decoction combined with the treatment of external evil invasion,upper ear orifices type sudden deafness with tinnitus,ear stuffy symptoms,the improvement of tinnitus and ear stuffy degree is obvious,compared with the western medicine group has obvious advantages. |
