September 2018 to August 2019,62 patients who met the criteria of patella malacia diagnosis and MRI staging(I-II)in the orthopedic department of Jiangxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital were selected as the study objects.In order to make the study more fair and effective,62 subjects who met the criteria were randomized according to the patients’ wishes and group,9 male(unilateral),12 female,average age: 40.43 ±10.09 years old,The average course of disease: 3.48 ± 2.44 months;there is no special difference in gender,age,course of disease and condition the observation data before and after the treatment of the three groups found that the knee joint balance technique combined with the external application of Chinese herbal medicine hot dying bag has a very good clinical effect in the treatment of patella malacia,and the knee joint balance technique and the external application of Chinese herbal medicine hot dying bag have a good clinical effect
