| Objective:Based on retrospective analysis, this study summarized the distribution of TCM syndrome types in gallstones, explored their epidemiological characteristics, and observed the correlation between clinical objective indicators of the disease and TCM syndrome types,in order to look for indicators that provide reference value for the differentiation of gallstones, make the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of gallstones more objective and scientific, open up new ideas and approaches for further exploration and treatment of gallstones. Methods:This project adopted a retrospective study method,110 subjects who were diagnosed with gallstones in the Western Hepatology and Clinic Department of Hebei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects.Record the basic information of the patient’s gender, age, and other relevant indicators such as blood lipids, liver function, fasting blood glucose, and calcium, according to the unified standard of TCM syndrome differentiation, the patients should be classified, using SPSS23.0 statistical software for analysis and processing, research and discussion on the correlation between TCM syndrome differentiation and clinical objective indicators of gallstones. Results:Among the 110 patients included in this study,in terms of distribution of syndromes,33 cases of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type,31 cases of liver stagnation and qi stagnation type,28 cases of liver and gallbladder damp heat type, and 18 cases of liver yin deficiency type;in terms of gender distribution, the male to female ratio is 1: 2.33,and female patients are mostly in each type of syndrome;in terms of age distribution, the youngest patient was 16 years old,and the largest patient was 79 years old,the average age was 56.47±13.21 years old.Among them, the frequent age group of gallstones was 40-59 years.Analysis of onset factors: The main risk factors affecting the occurrence of gallstones are dyslipidemia and obesity. In addition, diabetes and hypertension are also closely related to the occurrence of gallstones.Analysis of the correlation between gallstones TCM syndrome types and objective indicators: Cholesterol,triglyceride,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, total bilirubin, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, fasting blood sugar are related to TCM syndrome types(P<0.05),there was no correlation between apolipoprotein A1,apolipoprotein B,glutamyl transpeptidase, alkaline phosphatase, blood calcium and TCM syndrome types(P>0.05).Conclusion:This subject summarizes the basic information of patients with gallstones, summarizes the epidemiological situation of gallstones, and confirms that there are certain correlations between clinical objective indicators such as blood lipids, liver function, fasting blood sugar and TCM syndromes, these objective indicators can be used as an auxiliary reference to reflect TCM syndrome types. With the development of the disease, liver synthesis and metabolic functions will change, and the degree of change basically conforms to the evolution law of TCM syndrome types, and clinical indicators will gradually change with the evolution of the syndrome types and the worsening of the disease. |
