A Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Lung-stomach Stasis Type Parkinson’s Disease And Constipation By Xuanfeijiangzhuo Prescription

Objective:Based on the theory of brain-enteric-lung axis interaction,considering that the progress of Parkinson’s disease is closely related to its constipation,this paper puts forward the prescription of Xuanfeijiangzhuo prescription for the treatment of lung-stomach stasis type Parkinson’s disease,and observes its efficacy,so as to explore a new treatment plan for Parkinson’s disease and find new ideas.Methods:A total of 60 patients with lung-stomach stasis type Parkinson’s disease complicated with constipation who visited from June 2018 to October2019 in the Hebei hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into 2 groups,30 patients in each group.Two groups were assessed with the unified Parkinson’s disease rating scale(UPDRS Ⅰ-Ⅲ)before and after treatment,which included changes in spirit,behavior and emotion,daily living activities,motor function examination and chronic constipation severity rating scale(CSS).The total efficacy was assessed by the total score of UPDRS(Ⅰ-Ⅲ)and the improvement of constipation symptoms.Results:None of the 60 patients were exfoliated in this study,and there were no statistical differences between the two groups in gender,age,disease course,levodopa equivalent daily dose,Hoehn-yahr grading,UPDRS-Ⅰ,UPDRS-Ⅱ,UPDRS-Ⅲ,and CSS before treatment.After 4 weeks,the scores of UPDRS-Ⅰ,UPDRS-Ⅱ,UPDRS-Ⅲ and CSS in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The scores of UPDRS-Ⅰ,UPDRS-Ⅱ,UPDRS-Ⅲ and CSS in the treatment group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the total score of UPDRS(Ⅰ-Ⅲ)in the treatment group and the control group was 76.70% and 46.67%,respectively(P<0.05).The effective rates of constipation treatment group and the control group was 93.33% and 83.33%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Xuanfeijiangzhuo prescription can improve the exercise and constipation symptoms of Parkinson’s disease patients with constipation.At the same time,mental,behavioral,emotional and daily life activities were improved,which was better than the control group.No obvious adverse reactions have been observed in the clinical application of Xuanfei Turbid decoction.
