| Objective:By comparing the therapeutic effect of three groups of nebulized inhaled drugs on children’s bronchopneumonias, the protective mechanism of 0.9%sodium chloride solution combined with budesonide and terbutaline on the lungs is explored, and a more safe and effective nebulized inhalation Drugs to provide a basis for clinical treatment. Methods:Research object:a total of 120 children with bronchopneumonia were collected from January 2019 to June 2019,including 73 males with an average age of(5.12± 1.02)years and 47 females with an average age of(4.31 ± 1.35)years.According to the order of admission,40 patients were randomly divided into three groups(A,B,C):group A(control group)was given 0.9%sodium chloride solution 2ml+budesonide+salbutamol as prescribed by the doctor, group B(conventional group)was given 0.9%sodium chloride solution 2ml+budesonide as prescribed by the doctor, group C(experimental group)was given 0.9%sodium chloride solution 2ml+budesonide+terbutaline as prescribed by the doctor.Budesonide(lmg/2ml/dose),salbutamol(5mg/2.5ml/dose)and terbutaline(5mg/2ml/dose)were calculated according to body weight. The three groups were given the same comprehensive treatment, including intravenous infusion of nutrients(vitamin C,vitamin B6 and other immune-enhancing drugs),effective antibiotics of the same level, and low-flow mask oxygen(1-2L/min),Electrolyte supplementation and other symptomatic supportive treatment.Observation indicators:①Blood samples were collected on the day of admission and 4 days after inhalation, and Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method to detect the serum level of TNF-α and IL-17.PCT levels were measured by a local laboratory ② The use of cough symptom score table, for children with daytime(8 am-5pm),at night(5 pm-next day 8am)quantitative score of daily cough, cough extent, duration of response, clinical assessment.③observe the remission time of symptoms and signs such as cough, dyspnea and rales of dry and wet lungs, and register daily.④observe the incidence of adverse reactions, record the length of hospital stay.Results:(1)The aerosolized inhaled drugs in groups A,B,and C compared the expression levels of inflammatory factors TNF-α,IL-17,and PCT in children with bronchial pneumonia.Comparison between groups A and B,P<0.05,statistically significant There was a difference between the C group and the A and B groups,P<0.05 was statistically significant difference(2)Atomized inhaled drugs were used to evaluate the cough symptom scores of children with bronchopneumoniae during daytime and nighttime compared with group A,B and C,and group C was better than group A and B(P<0.05),with statistically significant difference.(3)A,B,C three groups of children with bronchial pneumonia after atomization inhalation compared the symptoms, signs,C group of children with cough, asthma, breathing problems and lung wet then, hospitalization days better than group A and B(P<0.05),with statistically significant difference.Conclusions:(1)Using TNF-α,IL-17,and PCT as detection indicators,0.9%sodium chloride solution+budesonide+terbutaline can better inhibit its expression, reduce inflammation, and have a better effect.(2)0.9%sodium chloride solution+terbutaline+budesonide can effectively reduce the score of day and night cough symptoms after inhalation, and the effect is better.(3)0.9%sodium chloride solution+budesonide+terbutaline can shorten the time to relieve symptoms and signs of children, reduce the length of hospitalization, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and have better clinical results. |
