Objective:1.To investigate the current situation of horizontal violence,job burnout,job satisfaction and internal communication satisfaction of pediatric clinical nursing staff in our city,and to explore the influence of demographic influencing factors on the four.2.Analyze the correlation between horizontal violence and job burnout,job satisfaction,internal communication satisfaction,To provide reference for nursing managers to formulate prevention and response measures.Methods:With general situation questionnaire,Horizontal violence questionnaire,Job Burnout Questionnaire(Maslach),Nurse job satisfaction questionnaire,Internal communication satisfaction questionnaire,A questionnaire survey of 154 pediatric nurses from two third-class hospitals and two second-class hospitals in Yantai City,Create a database with EpiData3.Osoftware,double entry and perform logical check,Statistical analysis was performed by SPSS 17.0 statistical software package,and the test level was α=0.05.Results:1.Of the 154 paediatric nurses,123 experienced a LV,rate of 79.9%in the last six months;42.2%and 25.3%,respectively,4.6%t experienced a more painful and very painful experience after LV;the LV perpetrators were mainly senior nurses(46.1%)and other general nurses(46.8%);67.5%chose not to report,chose to vent or endure silently(78.6%);and 43.4%said the most effective measure to reduce or eliminate LV was to reduce care taxi work burden;83.8%of the 154 nurses considered it necessary for hospitals to set up specialized agencies to deal with interpersonal conflicts between nurses.The hospital level,working years,whether the only child was the main influencing factor of LV occurrence were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of LV single factor analysis showed that the hospital level,the form of employment and whether the only child was the only child were statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The incidence of job burnout in pediatric nurses was 47.4%,and the working years were the main influencing factors of job burnout occurrence,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).A single-factor analysis of job burnout showed that the number of years of work of nurses and the occurrence of job burnout in different positions were also different(P<0.05).3.The overall satisfaction level of pediatric nurses was satisfactory,The overall dissatisfaction rate was 47.4%,and the main influencing factors of job satisfaction were professional title and job title(P<0.05).The professional title and marital status significantly affected the job satisfaction of nurses(P<0.05),the influence of marital status and professional title on the balance between family and work was statistically significant(P<0.05),the influence of job on job control and responsibility was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The average score of pediatric nurses’internal communication satisfaction was 4.589±1.264,the whole score was medium level communication satisfaction,and the title and position were the main factors affecting internal communication satisfaction,which were statistically significant(P<0.05).The influence of the first degree on the level communication dimension was statistically significant(P<0.05),The influence of nurses’position on internal communication satisfaction and communication atmosphere,uplink communication,horizontal communication,company vision was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.The main influencing factors of LV were the job satisfaction of pediatric nurses and the low sense of achievement in job burnout(P<0.05),The total score of internal communication satisfaction and its scores of each dimension had the same effect on LV occurrence(P>0.05),the occurrence of LV was positively correlated with that of cynicism,and the low sense of achievement was negatively correlated with job satisfaction,scheduling,professional development opportunities and the overall score of internal communication satisfaction,communication atmosphere,media quality,personal feedback,communication uplink,communication level,organizational integration and company vision(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.The LV incidence of pediatric nurses in the past six months is high,The LV form is dominant and recessive coexistence,The LV rate of nurses with working years less-than 3years,Formal in-service and non-exclusive children is high,and the risk of occurrence of pediatric nurses in two third-class hospitals is higher than that in two second-class hospitals.2.The incidence of job burnout in pediatric nurses was 47.4%.pediatric nurses with working years of 4-10 years and 11-20 years were prone to job burnout.Undergraduate nurses and pediatric nurses with the position of nurses were prone to lead to low personal achievement,and the incidence of emotional failure in nurses with third class hospital was higher.3.The overall level of job satisfaction of pediatric nurses is satisfactory,the professional title of pediatric nurses,the marital status affects the job satisfaction of nurses,the marital status affects the balance of family and work,the satisfaction of social opportunities,the professional title affects the satisfaction of family and work balance of pediatric nurses,and the job title and position are the main influencing factors of job satisfaction of pediatric nurses.4.The overall job satisfaction level of pediatric nurses is satisfactory,The job satisfaction of nurses with title above nurse is lower,The satisfaction of unmarried pediatric nurses with family and work balance,social opportunities is higher,and the satisfaction of head nurses with job control and responsibility is higher.5.The occurrence of pediatric nurse LV was positively correlated with the score of the cynicism dimension in job burnout,negatively correlated with low achievement scores,and negatively correlated with job satisfaction,scheduling,opportunities for professional development,and internal communication satisfaction scores,communication atmosphere,media quality,personal feedback,uplink communication,level communication,organizational integration,company vision dimensions.
