Zhang Limei’s Academic Ideology And Using Drugs Regularity In The Treatment Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective:The prescription and drug characteristics of associate professor Zhang Limei in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome were summarized,and the academic thought and drug use law of tutor’s diagnosis and treatment PCOS were discussed.Methods:Collect the clinical medical records of the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome,summarize the first party of the patients,establish the case database with Excel software,SPSS 25.0 for statistical frequency analysis and clustering analysis,sort out common drugs and groups,and analyze the syndrome differentiation and group of PCOS.Consult the tutor’s papers and consult the teachers to summarize the professional experience and academic thoughts of the diagnosis and treatment of PCOS.Results:1.Adjunct Professor Zhang Limei PCOS commonly used drugs,commonly used prescription and drug pairs:①General:153 patients with PCOS first visit,Average age was 23.24±5.06 years.② Drug use:the total frequency of prescription drugs in medical records is 1313 times,A total of 69 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were used.More drugs used in the prescription are mostly warm and flat,The liver,spleen,kidney,Most of the medicine is sweet,spicy,bitter,Most of the drugs belong to tonifying deficiency medicine,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis medicine,water seepage medicine.③Clustering results:the cluster analysis of 22 Chinese medicinal materials with frequency of more than 20 times,Analysis of associate professor Zhang Limei in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome,Radix Rehmanniae and Radix Paeoniae Alba;Safflower,Achyranthes bidentata;Radix Paeoniae rubra,peony skin;Angelica sinensis,Ligusticum chuanxiong;Chinese wolfberry,Tianshan snow lotus;Chinese yam,dodder;Clustering can be divided into three categories,The first category:Rehmannia glutinosa,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Zihe car,dodder,yam;Category II:Ligusticum chuanxiong,Angelica sinensis,Radix Paeoniae rubra,cinnamon,Ophiopogon japonicus,peony bark,Pinellia ternata,Pueraria root;The third category:wolfberry,Tianshan snow lotus,chicken blood rattan,safflower,Sichuan Achyranthes bidentata,Chen Pei,Poria cocos.2.Associate Professor Zhang Limei’s academic treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome is summarized as:disease differentiation,then syndrome differentiation;kidney treatment,kidney and phlegm;attention to economic adjustment and Yin and Yang;lifestyle intervention and individualized treatment;the treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Conclusion:1.Associate Professor Zhang Limei used common tonifying drugs to nourish liver and kidney in the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine for PCOS treatment,and according to the syndrome differentiation of patients,the method of dispelling dampness,warming the meridian and activating blood circulation was given.2.Regular drug pairs:safflower,Sichuan ox knee;red peony,peony skin is blood circulation and meridian drugs.Angelica and Chuanxiong develop qi and promote blood circulation.Chinese wolfberry,Tianshan snow lotus;yam,dodder;ripe yellow,white peony for nourishing Yin and blood tone often medication.Cluster 3 types of medicine group are the embodiment of kidney and phlegm method,warm meridian soup,qi and blood circulation,corresponding to the clinical syndrome differentiation of kidney deficiency,kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.3.Through the analysis of the drug administration law of Associate Professor Zhang Limei,this study enriches the clinical experience of TCM in treating polycystic ovarian syndrome and provides an objective basis for the clinical practice.
