Study On Medical Service Quality Management In Public Hospitals

Public hospitals are the main body of China’s medical service system and the main battlefield of deepening the reform of health system.Along with our country economic development level and medical level unceasing enhancement,the development direction of public hospital medical quality management from enlarging the scale of hospital to improve the service level,development model from empirical straightforward management to scientific,modern,humanized management,development of configuration from pay attention to the resources to pay more attention to comprehensive quality.The focus of this study is to improve the quality of medical service in public hospitals and continuously meet people’s demand for medical treatment.This paper,using total quality management theory and maslow’s hierarchy of needs to discuss public hospital medical service quality present situation,based on the data and a city S hospital discharge was hospitalized feeling experience,analyzes the present situation of public hospital medical service quality management of the main problems,to explore the medical service quality the key factors influencing the patients experience.In order to provide theoretical basis for improving the service quality of public hospitals and the overall health level of the society,this paper puts forward the improvement measures and optimization countermeasures of hospital service quality management pertinently.This paper finds that the current situation of medical service quality management in public hospitals is as follows: the six major medical service quality standard committees have formed the medical service quality management system in public hospitals.The management system and management system are constantly improved,the management content is more modern and scientific,and there are still many problems in the management effect although it is constantly improved.Through investigation and return visit,the main problems of medical service quality management in public hospitals are as follows: the management subject is fragmented and the coordination is poor;The management mechanism is backward,the management content is not comprehensive;Insufficient management ability,backward management methods and other problems.It is found that the factors affecting the medical quality management of public hospitals include the lack of integrity of the supervision system of public hospitals,the high professionalism and uncertainty of medical services,and the unbalanced allocation of medical resources,which make it difficult to meet the diversified needs of medical services.Based on the study and reference of foreign advanced hospital management concepts and methods,and the effective practices of other domestic hospitals,combined with the study of return visits and the evaluation of T patients on the medical service quality of S Hospital,this paper puts forward to improve the supervision system and improve the supervision ability.Improve the level of medical and nursing technology,strict charging standards;Optimize process service management and improve service efficiency;Perfect the hospital infrastructure,improve the medical environment;Strengthening the construction of doctor-patient communication standardization,emphasizing humanistic care and other countermeasures and suggestions,so as to improve the status quo of medical service quality management in public hospitals,enhance the quality of medical service in hospitals.
