Object:To detect the expression of CDH5 and CDH13 in adjacent normal tissue(NCE),colorectal adenoma(CAP)and colorectal cancer tissue(CRC)by immunohistochemical method,to analyze the correlation between the expression intensity of CDH5 and CDH13 and various clinicopathological factors of colorectal cancer,and to preliminarily explore the possible molecular mechanism of CDH5 and CDH13 in the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer.Methods: Selection of Chen zhou First People’s Hospital endoscopy center in August 2018 to August 2020 menstrual pathological diagnosed 30 cases of colorectal adenomas tissue pathological slices,and 30 cases of TFcolon-01 colorectal cancer and normal tissue adjacent to carcinoma chip as the research object,refer to the related clinical pathologic data at the same time,through immunohistochemical detection of CDH5,CDH13 expression in each group.Statistical software SPSS19 was used for statistical analysis of the obtained data.Results: 1.The expression intensity of CDH5 in the three groups of NCE,CAP and CRC is different,and the difference is statistically significant(H=13.799,P < 0.01);the expression intensity of CDH5 in CRC is higher than that in the NCE group(Z=-20.800,P<0.01)and CAP group(Z=-20.450,P<0.01);the expression intensity of CDH5 had no significant difference between NCE group and CAP group(Z=-0.350,P>0.05).2.The expression intensity of CDH5 has nothing to do with the gender,age,lesion location,tumor diameter,degree of tissue differentiation,and pathological type of CRC,and is related to the TNM staging of CRC(H=10.591,P < 0.01)and the degree of lymph node metastasis(Z=-3.324,P<0.01).3.The expression intensity of CDH13 in the three groups of NCE,CAP and CRC was different,and the difference was statistically significant(H=22.995,P<0.01);the expression intensity of CDH13 in the CRC group was lower than that in the NCE group(Z=29.267,P<0.01);The expression intensity of CDH13 was not significantly different in the CAP and CRC groups(Z=8.833,P>0.05).4.CDH13 has nothing to do with gender,age,lesion location,tumor diameter,TNM stage,degree of lymph node metastasis,pathological type in CRC group,but is related to the degree of tissue differentiation(H=9.989,P<0.01).5.The expression intensity of CDH5 and CDH13 in CRC was negatively correlated(r=-0.758,P<0.001).Conclusion: 1.CDH5 is highly expressed in colorectal cancer and is related to the invasion,invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer.The high expression of CDH5 can promote the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer.2.CDH13 is low in colorectal cancer,and specifically low in poorly differentiated colorectal cancer.CDH13 can inhibit the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer.3.The expression intensity of CDH5 and CDH13 in the CRC group is negatively correlated,and it is considered that the two play a synergistic role in the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer. |
