| Objective: Taking intravenous methylprednisolone as a control,to explore the effect of nebulized budesonide on the efficacy and bone metabolism of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with osteoporosis. Methods: From December 2018 to January 2021,164 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with osteoporosis were selected from the Shaoyang Hospital affiliated to Nanhua University, and they were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group was from the first day to the seventh day after admission.Budesonide was inhaled by nebulization daily,6 mg/day,and the control group received intravenous injection of methylprednisolone 40mg/day.The rest of the treatments of the two groups of patients were treated according to the routine treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and osteoporosis.and the lung function, oxygen partial pressure, carbon dioxide partial pressure and bone metabolism related indexes of the two groups of patients before and 7 days after treatment were observed. Results: 1.The general demographic characteristics of the two groups of patients and related indicators of lung function, oxygen partial pressure, carbon dioxide partial pressure, and bone metabolism were not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.After 7 days of treatment in the two groups, the lung ventilation indexes, oxygen partial pressure and carbon dioxide partial pressure of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the various lung function indexes, oxygen,There was no statistically significant difference in partial pressure and carbon dioxide partial pressure(P>0.05),between the two groups.3.After 7 days of treatment in the experimental group, blood calcium(Ca),phosphorus(P),magnesium(Mg),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),parathyroid hormone(PTH),25-hydroxyvitamin D(25-OHD))Compared with before treatment, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);compared with the control group P,Mg,PTH and before treatment, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),but Ca,ALP,25-OHD are all relatively Decrease before treatment(P<0.05);after treatment, the Ca,ALP and 25-OHD of the test group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Aerosol inhalation of budesonide and intravenous injection of methylprednisolone have similar efficacy in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with osteoporosis, but budesonide has little effect on bone metabolism. |
