| Objective:To explore the relationship between coronary collateral circulation(CCC)formation and anxiety emotion and depression emotion,and to identify new influencing factors of coronary collateral circulation,so as to provide new diagnostic and therapeutic ideas for improving collateral circulation formation in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,131 inpatients with coronary heart disease who had undergone coronary angiography in Changsha first Hospital from June 2019 to January2021 were collected.Collect patient data: general clinical data: sex,age,smoking history,drinking history,hypertension history,diabetes history and previous medical history;auxiliary examination data: Systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,hemoglobin,platelet count,mean platelet volume,high sensitive C-reactive protein,fasting blood glucose,total cholesterol,triglyceride,high density lipoprotein,low density lipoprotein,serum creatinine,uric acid,left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter;self-rating depression scale,self-rating anxiety scale.According to the results of coronary angiography,Gensini score and Rentrop grade were performed.According to Rentrop grade,the patients were divided into two groups: good CCC group(Rentrop2-3,n=51)and poor CCC group(Rentrop0-1,n=80).SPSS25.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results:(1)There were significant differences in smoking history [13(25.5%)vs34(42.5%),P=0.048],high sensitive C-reactive protein[6.09±2.28 vs 8.00±2.80,P < 0.001],total cholesterol[4.46±1.25 vs 5.01±1.38,P=0.022],Gensini score[63.00(50.00,80.00)vs 23.00(15.25,33.75),P<0.001],depression emotion[5(9.8%)vs27(33.8%),P=0.004] and anxiety emotion[5(9.8%)vs 45(56.3%),P<0.001] between good CCC group and bad CCC group(P<0.05).(2)There was a positive correlation between Gensini score(r=0.773)and CCC grade,and a negative correlation between high sensitive C-reactive protein(r=0.293),total cholesterol(r=0.250),depression emotion(r=0.258),anxiety emotion(r=0.467)and CCC grade.(3)Logistic regression analysis showed that high sensitive C-reactive protein(OR:1.370,95%CI:1.013-1.853;P=0.041),Gensini score(OR:0.837,95%CI:0.777-0.901;P < 0.001)and anxiety emotion(OR:17.731,95%CI:2.404-130.804;P=0.005)were independent influencing factors of CCC.Conclusion:(1)There was an independent positive correlation between the degree of coronary artery stenosis and good CCC formation,suggesting that the more serious coronary artery stenosis,the better CCC compensation formation;high sensitive C-reactive protein and anxiety emotion were independently negatively correlated with good CCC formation,and depression emotion was negatively correlated with CCC formation,suggesting that inflammatory state and anxiety emotion and depression emotion were not conducive to the formation of CCC.(2)The degree of coronary artery stenosis,high sensitive C-reactive protein and anxiety emotion may be independent factors affecting the formation of CCC. |
