Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Acupuncture On Functional Bloating Of Spleen Deficiency And Liver Depression

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of acupuncture in the treatment of spleen defi ciency and liver stagnation type functional abdominal distension.MethodsIn this study, a randomized controlled trial was used to follow the inclusion criteria of 43 patients according to the order number, using the random number ta ble is divided into 2 groups, respectively, for acupuncture treatment. Among them, 20 cases in the control group,23 cases in the treatment group. Control group (tre atment group) with Xiaoyao Powder with Xiaozhang drug, granule, boiling water, two times a day, every time a bag, early after dinner, the two Monday of course, serving a total of two courses. Treatment group (acupuncture group) acupuncture Zhongwan, Tianshu, Qihai, Zusanli, Taichong, Sanyinjiao, Taibai, Tianquan, needl e depth to gas for degrees, flat fill even manipulation, the needle for 30 minutes, three times a week, six times for a course of treatment, continuous treatment two courses. Before treatment, the patients were evaluated with comprehensive score and anxiety. In addition, the scores of the two groups were observed after treatme nt for the first time. Comprehensive score table with gastrointestinal symptoms sc ore (GSRS) method and Nepean Dyspepsia Index (Nepcan Dyspepsia Index NDT) symptoms scoring system to develop the scale and anxietyevaluation by anxiety s elf rating scale (SAS). The data were collected and analyzed by SPSS21.0 statisti cal software.Results1. Two groups of patients before and after treatment outcome measures-.comprehensive score(the first treatment,the full course of treatment),abdominal circumference,the score of anxiety was significantly higher than before treatment significantly reduced.(P<0.05)2. Two groups of patients before and after the 2 groups were compared:Compreh ensive score (after first treatment) comparison:the treatment group after the firs t treatment comprehensive score of patients was significantly lower than the co ntrol group.(P<0.05);Comprehensive evaluation (full treatment) comparison:the two groups before and after the whole treatment,the comprehensive score difference was not significant difference.(P>0.05);The score of anxiety anxiety score comparison:the treatment group before and a fter treatment was significantly lower than the control group.(P<0.05).Conclusion1. The two groups of patients before and after treatment. All the observed index in the group had significant difference, suggesting that acupuncture treatment o f spleen deficiency and stagnation of Qi due to depression of the liver functio n of abdominal distension has a significant effect;2. Improvement of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type function of abdomi nal distension in patients with symptoms and effects of acupuncture treatment was better than drug therapy and anxiety status of patients improvement was b etter than drug therapy.
