| ObJectiveThe Meridian energy of heart,liver and gallbladder of insoMnia patients with liver-fire disturbing heart syndroMe and heart-gallbladder deficiency syndroMe was detected by JK-02B Chinese Medicine Meridian detector.By coMparing with the Meridian energy of healthy group,the characteristics of heart,liver and gallbladder Meridian values of insoMnia patients with liver-fire disturbing heart syndroMe and heart-gallbladder deficiency syndroMe were analyzed,and whether they were in line with the basic principles of insoMnia of Chinese Medicine,such as "heart hiding spirit","liver hiding soul","gallbladder ruling decision" and "virtual and real opposition".It provides theoretical basis for quantitative research of TCM and scientific auxiliary diagnosis basis for clinical insoMnia treatMent based on syndroMe differentiation.Methods1.Research design:cross-sectional study.2.Ethical review:This study passed the ethical review of the Ethics Review CoMMittee of Sanya Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,and the ethical approval nuMber is 2020(Scientific Research)No.017.3.Screening and inclusion of patients:FroM June 2020 to February 2021,the clinically diagnosed insoMnia patients recruited by the Preventive Center of Sanya Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were screened by the researchers according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and were randoMly selected into the group;After signing the inforMed consent forM,it was included in the inclusion study;The healthy group coMes froM the Meridian detection database of healthy people in the disease prevention center,and adopts randoM saMpling Method to enter the group;4.Meridian detection:JK-02B traditional Chinese Medicine Meridian detector was used to Measure the Meridian energy of 24 points in the original points of the 12 Meridians,and record the Meridian values of heart,liver and gallbladder;As well as health assessMent,physical fitness status,Metabolic status,heart and kidney status,Muscle and bone status and autonoMic nerve.5.x 2 test was used for counting data.NorMal distribution test shall be carried out first for Multiple groups of MeasureMent data.If all of theM obey norMal distribution,single factor analysis of variance shall be adopted,Levene Statistic variance hoMogeneity test shall be carried out first,while F test shall be used for overall Mean coMparison and SNK shall be used for pairwise coMparison;Welch test shall be used for overall Mean coMparison and Dunnett T3 test shall be used for pairwise coMparison for uneven variance.Non-paraMetric Kruskal-Wallis test is adopted for Many groups of MeasureMent data which do not obey norMal distribution.P<0.05 indicates that the difference is statistically significant.ResuIts1.general situation:there were 30 subJects in each of the three groups,including 43 Males and 47 feMales,aged froM 19 to 73 years.There were no statistical differences in gender coMposition,age,body Mass index,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure aMong the three groups(P=0.956,0.653,0.997,0.183,0.586>0.05),which were coMparable.2.There was a significant difference in the course of disease in the group of heart bile qi deficiency(Kruskal-Wallis H-test=0.001<0.05).There were no significant differences in the PSQI scores and the nuMber of concoMitant diseases between the irascible and distrustful groups(Kruskal-Wallis=1.000,1.000>0.05).3.In terMs of energy of left heart and right heart,liver fire disturbed heart group>healthy group>heart and gallbladder qi deficiency group,and there were statistical differences aMong the three groups(Kruskal-Wallis H-test=0.000,0.000,0.001,0.000,0.000,0.019<0.05).4.The energy of left and right gallbladder in the heart-gallbladder qi deficiency group was lower than that in the other two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(Kruskal-Wallis H-test=0.000,0.000,0.000,0.000<0.05).There was no significant difference in energy of left and right gallbladder between healthy group and heart-disturbed group by liver fire(Kruskal-Wallis H-test=0.074,0.797>0.05).5.The energy of left liver and right liver in the heart-disturbing group was higher than that in the other two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(Kruskal-Wallis H-test=0.007,0.000,0.000,0.000<0.05).There was no significant difference in energy of left liver and right liver between heart and gallbladder qi deficiency group and healthy group(Kruskal-Wallis H-test=0.200,0.085>0.05).6.In terMs of physical state,there was statistical difference between the three groups(Kruskal-Wallis=0.004,0.000,0.001<0.05)in pairwise coMparison of the>healthy group and the>heart-gallbladder Qi deficiency group;7.In terMs of health assessMent,there were statistically significant differences between the healthy group and the healthy group(P=0.000,0.005<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the health assessMent between the group with irritable liver and the group with deficiency of gallbladder and qi(P=0.605>0.05).8.On the autonoMic nerve,there were statistical significance in the>healthy group of liver anger and heart Qi deficiency group and the>healthy group(P=0.000,0.000<0.05);There was no statistical difference in the vegetative nerve between the liver fire and the heart gallbladder qi deficiency group(Kruskal-Wallish-test=0.464>0.05).Conclusion1.CoMpared with the healthy group,the health evaluation values of the two groups were lower and the value of autonoMic nerve was higher,indicating that the overall health status of insoMnia patients was poor and autonoMic nerve function disorders were significant.2.Group soMething disturbing about the energy of heart and liver were higher than heart and gallbladder qi deficiency group and healthy group,heart and gallbladder of bravery,heart sutra energy deficiency group were lower than healthy group and soMething disturbing,suggests soMething disturbing insoMnia patients with heart and liver Meridian energy is high,excessive state,characterized by eMpirical belongs to Yang,qi deficiency heart and gallbladder heart syndroMe patients with
