Therapeutic Effect Of Shugan Hewei Tongjiang Recipe On Patients With Liver And Stomach Disharmony BRG

Research purposes :Using the theory of Dr.Dong Jianhua on the theory of treating bile reflux gastritis from Tongfa method,and observing the clinical efficacy of Shugan Heweitongjiang in treating liver and stomach disharmony bile reflux gastritis.Compared with mosapride monotherapy BRG The curative effect was to verify the clinical efficacy of Chinese herbal medicine Shugan Hewei Tongjiang Decoction in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis.Treatment method: From the expert clinic,63 patients with diagnosis of bile reflux gastritis(liver and stomach disharmony)were randomly divided into treatment group(n=32)and control group(n=31).The treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine Shuganheweitongjiangfang addition and subtraction.Decoction 200 ml twice a day after meals,the control group was given mosapride citrate 3 times before meals;both groups were treated for 8 weeks,during which 2 cases were treated in the treatment group and 1 case in the control group.At the end of the treatment,the patient’s clinical efficacy,bile reflux,symptom scores and gastroscope changes were observed,and the results were statistically analyzed and discussed.result: The differences between the two groups were analyzed before treatment.There were no significant differences in age,gender,symptom distribution,and bile reflux between the two groups(P>0.05).They were comparable,Shuganheweitongjiang recipe for liver treatment The total effective rate of gastric disharmony bile reflux gastritis was 96.67%,which was greater than the total effective rate of the control group by 80.00%.The total effective rate of gastric mucosa in the treatment group was 83.3%,which was greater than that of the control group(53.3%).dry mouth and bitterness,stomach cramps,two flank fullness,stomach press,warm,dark red tongue,sputum,ecchymosis,oral odor,mouth sores,chills,cold,loose stools,chest pain,back pain,Acidic acid,food,poor appetite,dry stool,constipation,melena,irritability,irritability,dark complexion,weak pulse,pulse string sputum,pulse string slippery,red tongue yellow and other symptoms are significantly improved after treatment.In the control group,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.in conclusion:1.Shuganheweitongjiangfang can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with BRG by treating bile reflux gastritis(liver and stomach disharmony);2.Shugan Hewei Tongjiang Decoction is superior to the therapeutic effect of gastric motility drug mosapride in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis.
