Effects Of Arctiin On Invasion And Migration Of Breast Cancer MDA-MB-231 Cells

Objective: To investigate the effect of arctiin on the invasion and migration capability of MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cellsMethods: This study was cell experiment in vitro,the main research objects were breast cancer MDA-MB-231 cells and arctiin.1、Cytotoxicity assay: In the treatment group,MDA-MB-231 cells were treated with different concentrations of arctiin(10μM,20μM,40μM,80μM).After incubation for 4 hours,the proliferation of MDA-MB-231 cells was detected by CCK8 assay.2.invasion assays:In arctiin treated group,MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells were treated with 80 μ m arctiin for 48 hours.The results were analyzed3、Wound healing assay:In the arctiin treatment group,80 μ m arctiin was added for cell scratch test,and cultured for 48 h and 72 h to test the proportion of cell migration area.Result: After incubating MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cell line with 0 μM,10μM,20 μM,40 μM and 80 μM arctiin for 24 h,48 h and 72 h respectively,the cell viability of MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cell line was determined by CCK8.The results showed that compared with the NC group,arctiin at the concentrations of20、40 and 80 μM could significantly inhibit the proliferation of MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cell line after incubation for 48 and 72 hours(P < 0.05).The results of invasion assays and Wound healing assay showed that 80 μM arctiin could significantly inhibit the invasion and migration of MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cell line(P < 0.05)Conclusion: arctiin can inhibit the proliferation of breast cancer MDA-MB-231 cells,and the inhibitory effect is positively correlated with the concentration of arctiin,and negatively correlated with the time of arctiin.The invasion and migration of breast cancer MDA-MB-231 cells were significantly inhibited by arctiin.
