ObjectiveThe subjects of this clinical trial are patients with functional dyspepsia of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation type.Through the use of different frequencies of one finger zen massage method to intervene in the treatment of the subjects, the therapeutic effect of different frequencies is observed,so as to provide reference for clinical manipulation.MethodsIn this clinical trial,96 cases were randomly divided into four groups,24 cases in each group. The four groups were operated with one finger zen push method in different frequency bands.Group A was operated with the frequency of 50-100 times/min,group B was operated with the frequency of 101-150 times/min,and group C was operated with the frequency of 151-200 times/min,In group D,the operating frequency was 201-250 times/min.during the test, the MFF multipoint membrane test system was observed and the pressure waveform curve of thumb contact surface acting on membrane sensor was read. The frequency parameters were monitored in real time through the waveform curve of system interface to maintain the frequency change within the test frequency range,And the pressure change is always within the range of the standard pressure value. The operation sites were Zhongwan point, bilateral Tianshu point, bilateral Pishu point and bilateral Weishu point, with a total of 7 acupoints. Each acupoint was operated for 4 minutes, and each operation time was 28 minutes. The treatment was once every other day,and each treatment was 7 times as a course of treatment, with a total of 2 courses of treatment. Before and after the treatment, the patients were asked to fill in the scale to evaluate the patient’s condition. After the end of the experiment, the data obtained from the experiment were sorted out and entered into SPSS 24.0 for statistical analysis, and the frequency curative effect relationship of the patients in each group was compared under the treatment of different frequencies of one finger massage.Results1.Statistical analysis of the data before treatment shows that there are no significant differences in gender, age and symptom scores of patients before treatment, which indicates that the data before treatment among the groups are statistically comparable.2.The comparative analysis of the therapeutic effects of the four groups of patients after treatment is as follows:Intra group comparison and analysis:the symptom scores of group A,group B and group C before and after treatment showed significant changes(P<0.05),the symptom scores decreased significantly, and the patients’ symptoms improved significantly.Among them, the seven observation indexes of group B after treatment and before treatment had significant statistical differences(P<0.05),and the total symptom scores also had statistical significance, followed by group C,and group A,In group D,the symptoms of early satiety were improved after the intervention of frequency of one finger zen therapy, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but the symptoms of abdominal distension, nausea and vomiting, diarrhea were worsening, and the difference was also statistically significant(P<0.05),There was no statistical difference before and after treatment(P>0.05).Comparative analysis between groups:the treatment effect of manipulation frequency in group B is the best, compared with the treatment frequency in group B,the treatment effect in group C is slightly worse, while group A also has the treatment effect, but the treatment effect is worse than that in group C.The therapeutic effect of group D was not shown on the whole, and the manipulation frequency of 201-250 times/min had no therapeutic effect on the patients with spleen deficiency. The differences of symptom scores and total symptom scores between the four groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of group B was the best, followed by group C,group a again, and group D the worst.ConclusionFour groups of different frequency for the treatment effect of functional dyspepsia patients with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation type, whether from the single symptom score or the total symptom score, showed consistency. The treatment effect of group B was the best, followed by group C,group a again, and group D was the worst.
