Comparison Of The Efficacy Of Fire Fuiforra Needle And Electroacu Puncture In The Treatment Of Post-stroke Shoulder And Hand Syndrome

ObjectiveBased on the design of conventional rehabilitation treatment,the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with post-stroke shoulder and hand syndrome were analyzed and compared by randomized controlled experiment,so as to evaluate the clinical effects of the two acupuncture methods on patients with post-stroke shoulder and hand syndrome.The clinical value of nanhuo acupuncture in the treatment of this disease and the significance of nanhuo acupuncture in the treatment of this disease were discussed.MethodsThe randomized incorporated 60 patients were randomized to divide it into groups A,B into groups A and B.In group A,there were 30 cases of femur acupuncture combined with rehabilitation exercise.In group B,30 cases were treated by electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation exercise,Basic treatment and rehabilitation exercise were carried out every day,while Fire Fuiforra Needle was given once every 7 days,and electroacupuncture was also given every day.After 4 weeks,the uper limb motor function(FMA)score,visual pain scale(VAS)score,swelling evaluation score and the efficacy evaluation after treatment of the two groups of patients were observed.SPss17.0 statistical analysis was used to obtain the clinical efficacy of the nanhuo acupuncture and electroacupuncture respectively in the treatment of this disease and the difference in efficacy between the two,so as to select a better acupuncture scheme.ResultsPrior to the treatment of patients with general condition and the scale of the score of relevant statistical analysis,it is concluded that nano fire needle group and the curative group there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Further comparison and analysis can be carried out.After 4 weeks of treatment,FMA scores of the patients before and after treatment were compared.There was a significant difference before and after treatment between the nanhuoacupuncture group and the electroacupuncture group(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).After the comparison of VAS scores before and after treatment,there was a significant difference in the reduction of pain between the nanhuoacupuncture group and the electroacupuncture group(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups was also significant(P<0.01).Comparing the edema evaluation between the two groups before and after treatment and between the two groups,it is suggested that the elimination of edema in the Fire Fuiforra Needle group and the electroacupuncture group has a significant effect(P<0.01),while the elimination of edema in the electroacupuncture group and the Fire Fuiforra Needle group has no difference(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the nanhuoacupuncture group combined with rehabilitation sports training and drug conventional treatment was 93%,and that of the electroacupuncture group combined with rehabilitation sports training and drug conventional treatment was 67%.There was a significant difference in sex(P<0.05).ConclusionOn the basis of rehabilitation training,both Fire Fuiforra Needle and electroacupuncture have curative effect on upper limb function recovery,pain reduction and edema regression,while Fire Fuiforra Needle has more significant effect on upper limb function recovery and pain reduction,while Fire Fuiforra Needle and electroacupuncture have no difference on edema regression.The total clinical effect of nanhuo acupuncture is higher than that of electroacupuncture,and the effect is better in the treatment of this disease.
