A Clinical Study Of Fire Needle With Zhongzhen Six Acupoints For Treatment On Post Stroke Period Ⅰ Of Shoulder-hand Syndrome Patients

Objective To observe the effect of fire needle with Zhongzhen six acupoints for post stroke period I of shou Ider-hand syndrome patients.Method Eighty-two patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group(Electro-acupuncture)and treatment group(Fire needle with Zhongzhen six acupoints),with 41 in each.Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Swelling,Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA),Barthel Index(BI),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)were recorded and evaluated its clinical efficacy before treatment and after 4-week treatment.Results The baseline data(including gender,duration,age)of two groups,as well as the data of VAS,Swelling,FMA,BI,HAMD at pre-treatment,showed no statistical significance(P>0.05),which indicated that had clinical comparability between these two groups.After four-week treatment.Comparing in the same group,the improvements in VAS,Swelling,FMA,BI,HAMD of experiment group were all better than those of pre-treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);Comparison between groups,the experiment group of Swelling,FMA,BI,HAMD were all better than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Efficacy evaluation: the effective rate was 94.59% in the experiment group,which was higher than 75.68% in the control group.Two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions 1.Both Fire needle with Zhongzhen six acupoints and Electro-acupuncture can effectively relieve the pain,Swelling and depression status and improve upper limb motor function and daily living activities;2.Fire needle with Zhongzhen six acupoints in the swelling,upper limb motor function,daily living activities,depression status,clinical efficacy are better than the Electro-acupuncture.
