Clinical Study Of Anhun Jiagou Decoction In Treating Cancer-related Insomnia Patients Of Blood Deficiency And Sputum Disturbance Type

ObjectiveTo explore the therapeutic effect and the mechanism of action of Anhun Jiagou Decoction on cancer-related insomnia patients of Blood Deficiencyn and Sputum Disturbance Type.MethodsThe cancer-related insomnia patients of Blood Deficiency and Sputum Disturbance Type who were treated in Chongqing Beibei Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to February 2020 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,and each group had 47 patiends.The patients of two groups were treated by original antitumor trerapeutic schedule,and the experimental group was treated with Anhun Jiagou Decoction and the control group was given estazolam tablets.The time of treatment was 14 days.The PSQI score and the syndrome of TCM score were recorded respectively before admission and 7th,14th days.The relevant research data were sorting by excel and making statistical analysis by SPSS 22.0 statistical software.Results82 effective clinical caces were collected in this study.(The experimental group had 40 caces,which had 7 off caces.The control group had 42 caces,which had 5 off caces.)1.Comparisons in general situation:There were no significant differences in gender,age,course,tumor types,tumor staging of two groups of patients before admission(P>0.05).2.PSQI total score:Between comparison,the PSQI total scores of two groups before admission and in 14 days were no statistically significant(P>0.05).Compared with the experimental group,the PSQI total score of the control group in 7 days was lower and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Comparisons within the groups,the differences of the PSQI total scores of before and after treatment of two groups were statistically significant(P<0.01).Comparison of therapeutic effect of the PSQI total scores of before and after treatment of two groups was that the experimental group had 72.50%effective rate and the control group had 95.24%effective rate,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).3.The syndrome of TCM score:Between comparison,the syndrome of TCM scores of two groups before admission and in 7 days were no statistically significant(P>0.05),Compared with the experimental group,the syndrome of TCM score of the experimental group in 14 days were lower and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.01).Comparisons within the groups,the differences of the syndrome of TCM scores of before and after treatment of two groups were statistically significant(P<0.01).Comparison of therapeutic effect of the syndrome of TCM scores of before and after treatment of two groups was that the experimental group had 80.00%effective rate and the control group had 47.62%effective rate,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).4.Adverse reactions:The experimental group had 2 cases of mild diarrhea and 1 case of astriction.The control group had 3 case of lethargy and 1 case of dizziness.The difference of two groups was no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusionl.Anhun Jiagou Decoction has some advantages in improving the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in cancer-related insomnia patients of Blood Deficiencyn and Sputum Disturbance Type.2.Anhun Jiagou Decoction and estazolam could improve sleep quality of cancer-related insomnia patients,but the short-term clinical efficacy of estazolam was superior to Anhun Jiagou Diccoction.3.Anhun Jiagou Decoction and estazolam have low rate of adverse reactions.Auhun Jiagou Decoction could improve sleep quality and traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of the cancer-related insomnia patients of Blood Deficiency and Sputum Disturbance Type,which have low rate of adverse reactions and be worthy of further promoting the research and clinical application.
