Objective: By summarizing the commonly used prescriptions and experience in the treatment of hypertension-related diseases in ancient medical records,to explore the distribution of the six-meridian of hypertension based on the syndrome differentiation and analysis of the tutor Professor Li Xiao’s clinical prescription rules for the treatment of hypertension based on the theory of the six-meridian of syndrome differentiation, and then To guide the clinic and provide new ideas for the treatment of hypertension.Method:Literature research:Enter keywords such as "vertigo, dizziness, headache, stroke" in the full-text database of ancient Chinese medicine books. To ensure the comprehensiveness of the retrieval literature, supplementary searches are performed on data platforms such as masters of traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese Medicine Wisdom Database.Excluding books on herbal medicine and acupuncture, summarize the commonly used prescriptions and experiences in the treatment of hypertension-related diseases in ancient medical books.Clinical study:Selected 129 hypertensive patients who met the inclusion criteria in the outpatient department of the Cardiology Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October2018 to October 2020.Prepare a patient information collection form(see appendix),collect patients’ general information, symptoms and clinical treatment prescriptions, and perform syndrome differentiation based on the characteristics of the patients’ TCM syndromes, and use SPSS 22.0 to perform clinical data on hypertensive patients who meet the inclusion criteria Data analysis,to explore the six-meridian of hypertension, the law of syndrome differentiation.Results:1.Through literature research,it is found that Guizhi Decoction,Xiaoqinglong Decoction,Gegen Decoction,Xiaoxunming Decoction,Baihu Decoction,Xiao Chaihu Decoction,Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,Zhenwu Decoction,Huanglian Ejiao Decoction,Wumei Pills, etc.are ancient medical books Commonly used prescriptions in the treatment of hypertension-related diseases.2.Of the 129 patients included in this study,67 were males and 62 were females.Males accounted for 51.9% and females accounted for 48.1%.Age:the youngest is 18 years old,the oldest is 85 years old, young patients(18-44 years old)accounted for 27.1%;middle-aged patients accounted for 28.7%;elderly patients accounted for 44.2%.If 10 years old is used as a gradient for incremental grouping, the number of 38-47 years old is the largest.Course of disease:the shortest 1 month, the longest 24 years,of which 24.8% of the disease course is shorter than 1 year;27.9% of the disease course 1-5years;19.4% of the disease course 6-10 years;21.7% of the disease course 10-20years;More than 20 years accounted for 6.2%.The course of the disease is the most common among patients 1-5 years.3.Among 129 patients with hypertension, thin and white tongue coating is the most common,61 cases, accounting for 47.3%;followed by 47 cases with thin and yellow coating, accounting for 36.4%;16 cases with yellow and greasy coating, accounting for 12.4%;There were 5 cases with white and greasy fur, accounting for 3.9%.Pulse conditions:16 types of pulse conditions were found, including pulse string(26 cases, accounting for 20.2%),heavy pulse(24cases,accounting for 18.6%),and pulse string(22 cases, accounting for17.1%).It is the number of pulse strings(16 cases,12.4%),pulse Shenxian(11cases,8.5%),and other pulse conditions appear less frequently.4.Distribution of Six Meridian Syndrome:Among 129 hypertensive patients, there are 17 six meridian types, majority of Shaoyang disease(33cases,accounting for 25.6%)and Taiyin and Shaoyin syndrome(31cases,accounting for 24.0%).Among them, there were 60 cases of single syndrome, accounting for 46.5%;66 cases of two syndromes, accounting for51.2%;and 3 cases of three syndromes, accounting for 2.3%.Among the 60 hypertensive patients with single syndrome, there are 5 types of six meridians,of which Shaoyang disease is the most,33 cases, accounting for55.0%;Among the 66 hypertensive patients with two syndromes, there are 9 six meridian types,of which Taiyin Shaoyin Syndrome is the most, with 31 cases, accounting for 47.0%;There are 3 six meridian classifications of three syndromes, namely Taiyang Shaoyang Shaoyin Syndrome,Taiyang Yangming Shaoyin Syndrome,Taiyin Shaoyin Jueyin Syndrome,1 case in each. After the classification of the six meridians,a total of 201 single meridians were obtained.Among them, the Shaoyang meridian has the most frequency, accounting for 30.8%,followed by the Shaoyin meridian accounting for 26.4%,the Taiyin meridian accounting for 23.4%,and the Taiyang meridian accounting for11.9%,Yangming Meridian accounted for 4.5%,Jueyin Meridian accounted for3.0%,and there was a difference in the distribution of the six syndrome(P<0.05).5.Correlation analysis:A total of 201 cases of single meridian were obtained after splitting, and the correlation between the six meridians and gender, age, course of disease, and hypertension grade in this study was analyzed by using the binary logistic regression analysis method. The results showed:1.There is a correlation between Shaoyang meridian, gender and age(P<0.05).The prevalence of women is higher than that of men, that is,women with hypertension are more likely to develop Shaoyang disease than men;age and Shaoyang disease are negatively correlated, that is,young people in hypertensive patients are more likely to develop Shaoyang disease.2.Age is positively correlated with Taiyin disease, that is,hypertensive patients are more likely to develop Taiyin disease as they age.3.There is a positive correlation between age and Shaoyin disease, that is,patients with hypertension are more likely to develop Shaoyin disease as they age.6.Xiaochaihu Decoction,Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,Qianyang Fengsui Dan are commonly used prescriptions for the treatment of hypertension in the Six Channels of Professor Li Xiao.Conclusion:1.The six meridian syndrome of hypertension are more common in Shaoyang disease,Shaoyin disease and Taiyin disease.2.Hypertension is more common with two syndromes, and its proportion is slightly higher than that of single syndrome.three syndromes is very rare, and there is no more than three syndromes.3.Among hypertensive patients, women and young people are more likely to develop Shaoyang disease. The incidence of Shaoyin disease and Taiyin disease increases with age.4.Studies have shown that Xiao Chaihu Decoction,Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,Qianyang Fengsui Dan are commonly used prescriptions for the treatment of hypertension in the Six Channels of Professor Li Xiao.5.Syndrome differentiation of the six-meridian is a feasible method for the treatment of hypertension, which can be treated more from Shaoyang disease and Taiyin Shaoyin syndrome. |
