Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Bupleurum plus Longgu oyster soup in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease(phlegm-heat wind-induced type),and to explore the feasibility of using Bupleurum plus Longgu oyster soup in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease(phlegm-heat wind-induced type)under the guidance of brain-gut axis theory, and to provide theoretical basis for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:72 patients with Parkinson’s disease(phlegm-heat pneumatic type)who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases in each group. The control group was given Medoba to treat Parkinson’s disease, and the treatment group was given Chapleurum and Dragon Bone Oyster Soup on the basis of control group,The intervention lasted for 4 weeks. The efficacy was evaluated before and after treatment. The unified Parkinson’s disease rating scale(UPDRS),Hoehn-Yahr grading scale and TCM syndrome score were used to score the two groups of subjects, and the clinical efficacy of Bupleurum plus Dragon Bone Oyster Decoction for Parkinson’s disease patients was evaluated. Results:After 1 months of treatment, the scores of UPDRS scale,Hoehn-Yahr scale and TCM syndrome scale were compared between the two groups. The two groups of drugs could improve the observation of the efficacy of Parkinson’s disease patients, and the treatment group was better than the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:Bupleurum plus dragon bone oyster soup can not only improve the motor symptoms of patients with Parkinson’s disease, but also have a significant effect on the non-motor symptoms of patients with Parkinson’s disease. |
