Study On Modified Rensheng Siwu Decoction In The Treatment Of Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation(Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis)

Objective:to observe the clinical efficacy of Rensheng Siwu decoction in the treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation of qi deficiency and blood stasis,and to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Rensheng Siwu decoction in the treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,so as to provide more methods for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the cardiology ward and outpatient department of the affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to December 2020.60 patients were randomly divided into experimental group(Rensheng Siwu decoction plus western medicine basic treatment)and control group(western medicine basic treatment),30 cases in each group.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.To observe the changes of TCM syndrome score and curative effect before and after treatment,the change of symptom score of atrial fibrillation,the dispersion of P wave(Pd)and the maximum duration of P wave(Pmax),the number of attacks of atrial fibrillation,the longest duration of atrial fibrillation and average ventricular rate,pre-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-pro BNP),homocysteine(Hcy),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),Changes of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and left atrial diameter(LAD).The observation data were recorded and analyzed to determine the curative effect of the drug.Results:all the indexes of the two groups were significantly improved before and after treatment.from the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine,the total effective rate of the test group was 86.67%,and that of the control group was 58.62%,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of Pd,Pmax,average ventricular rate,NT-pro BNP,Hcy and LAD in the test group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05,there was difference).The number of episodes of atrial fibrillation,the longest duration of atrial fibrillation and the decrease of hs-CRP in the test group were superior to those in the control group(P<0.01,there was significant difference).There was no significant improvement in LVEF between the test group and the control group(P>0.05).From the perspective of clinical efficacy,the total effective rate of the test group was 86.67%,while that of the control group was 55.17%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).According to the symptom classification of atrial fibrillation,the total effective rate of the test group was 86.67%,while that of the control group was 55.17%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:compared with the basic treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation with qi deficiency and blood stasis,Rensheng Siwu decoction combined with western medicine has remarkable clinical efficacy,high safety and no obvious side effects,so it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
