Clinical Study On Treatment Of Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation (Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome) With Qiguidanzhi Decoction

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Qiguidanzhi Decoction in the treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome),and to provide new ideas for the treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.Methods: 72 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.On the basis of routine western medicine treatment,the treatment group was given Qiguidanzhiyin orally,while the control group was given Wenxin granule orally for 4weeks.The number and duration of atrial fibrillation attacks,the scores of TCM syndromes and curative effects,and the evaluation quantity of atrial fibrillation specific quality of life were compared before and after treatment Surface and ventricular rate indicators were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results: In comparison,before and after treatment,there were significant differences in the frequency and duration of atrial fibrillation attacks,TCM syndromes and curative effect scores,the specific quality of life scale for atrial fibrillation and ventricular rate control between the two groups(P < 0.05).Compared between the two groups,after treatment,P < 0.05 in the frequency and duration of atrial fibrillation attacks,TCM syndromes and curative effect scores,atrial fibrillation specific quality of life scale and ventricular rate control in the two groups had statistical significance,and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion: Qiguidanzhi Decoction is effective and safe in the treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.It can reduce the frequency and duration of attacks of patients with atrial fibrillation,significantly improve the symptoms and quality of life of patients,and assist patients in ventricular rate control.
