Clinical Observation Of Yishen Tongluo Decoction In The Treatment Of Diabetic Kidney Disease Stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ

Objective:This study aims to observe the clinical efficacy of Yishen Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of diabetic kidney disease stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ,and explore the advantages of combined application with valsartan capsules,in order to provide new ideas and clinical evidence for the treatment of DKD stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ.Methods:Sixty patients meeting the test criteria were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional treatment,the control group was given valsartan capsules,and the experimental group was given Yishen Tongluo Decoction on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 8 weeks.The changes of urinary protein related indexes(UAER,24 h UPQ),renal function related indexes(Scr,BUN),blood glucose related indexes(FPG,PBG,Hb Alc),blood lipid related indexes(TC,TG),curative effect of TCM syndrome and total curative effect of the disease were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.The curative effect and safety were analyzed by statistical analysis.Results:(1)Laboratory observation indicators:24h UPQ,UAER,Scr,BUN,FPG,PBG,TC,TG were improved in the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);There was improvement in Hb A1c(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the two groups was equivalent(P>0.05).(2)Efficacy of TCM syndromes:The total effective rates of TCM syndromes of the experimental group and the control group were 86.67% and 66.67%,respectively.And the treatment effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)The total curative effect of the disease:The total effective rates of TCM syndromes in the experimental group and the control group were 93.33% and70.00%,respectively.And the treatment effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).(4)Safety and adverse reactions:There was no abnormality in the safety indicators of the two groups of patients,and there were no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:Yishen Tongluo Decoction has a definite curative effect in the treatment of DKD Ⅲ-Ⅳ stage.It can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the excretion of urinary protein,regulate sugar and lipid metabolism,and improve renal function.The combined application of Yishen Tongluo Decoction and Valsartan Capsules can give full play to the respective advantages of Chinese and Western medicines,enhance the clinical treatment effect,and provide a new method and idea for the treatment of DKD with integrated Chinese and Western medicine,which is worthy of further research and promotion.
