The Clinical Study Of Jin’s Three-needle Acupuncture Combined With Lactulose For The Post-stroke Constipation

ObjectiveIn this study,Jin’s three-needle acupuncture combined with lactulose was compared with take lactulose merely to observe the effect of Jin’s three-needle acupuncture on post-stroke constipation,in order to provide a better treatment plan for the treatment of post-stroke constipation.Methods64 inpatients with post-stroke constipation who definitively met the study inclusion criterions were selected and received treatment in the first to eighth zhenkang districts of the Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Guangdong Province from February 2020 to December 2020.According to the random number table of the statistical software,they were equally divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group received Jin’s three-needle acupuncture with lactulose,and the control group merely received lactulose.The course of treatment was 2 weeks.The major symptom score of constipation was used as the major symptom score,and the PAC-QOLwas used as the secondary symptom score.The curative effect of the two groups was statistically compared by SPSS.Results1.Between the two groups before treatment,there was no variance in gender,age,stroke course,type,major symptoms of constipation,and PAC-QOL score(P>0.05),which were comparable.2.Through statistical contrast of the major symptom scores and PAC-QOL scores of astriction before and after treatment in the two groups,dramatically distinction were found(P<0.05).3.Between the two groups,we found a poignant distinction in the major symptoms of astriction or the PAC-QOL scores after treatment(P<0.05).And in the detailed rules of the major symptoms of astriction,stool traits,laborious defecation and defecation frequency scores were no variance(P>0.05).There was a flagrant contrast in the three items of defecation time,feeling of incompleteness and bloating(P<0.05).4.The total effective rates of the two groups were 93.75%and 75%,respectively,which were demonstrated a poignant contrast.ConclusionJin’s three-needle acupuncture combined with lactulose or take lactulose solely could relieve symptoms of astriction and enhance the quality of life inpatientsthe quality of life of patients.The positive role of Jin’s three-needle acupuncture combined with lactulose was more prominent.It could be popularized as one of the treatment options for post-stroke constipation.
