| ObjectiveTo observe the effect of community comprehensive intervention based on traditional Chinese medicine on hypertension of phlegm dampness accumulation type,so as to provide a simple, effective, safe and reliable treatment scheme for community hypertension management.Methods84 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,42 cases in each group. The control group was given routine hypertension health management service on the basis of the original hypotension plan. The treatment group,on the basis of the control group, was given the community comprehensive intervention mainly based on traditional Chinese medicine, including dietary therapy of Chinese medicine, fitness qigong and auricular point sticking, the treatment course was 3 months. The blood pressure,BMI,blood lipid,TCM syndrome score and quality of life score of Du’s hypertension were analyzed statistically before and after treatment, and the safety and efficacy of the indexes were evaluated, and the adverse reactions occurred during the treatment were recorded.ResultsAmong 84 patients,4 cases fell off,and 80 patients insisted on completing the study, including 41 cases in the treatment group and 39 cases in the control group.(1)After three courses of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.37%(35/41),and that of the control group was 66.67%(26/39).The overall effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(2)After treatment, the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure,BMI,blood lipid(TC,TG,LDL-C)and TCM syndrome score of the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the decrease was more significant than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.01);meanwhile,the blood lipid(HDL-C)of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.01).(3)In the aspect of Du’s hypertension quality of life scale, the scores of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.01),but the increase of dhqol score in the treatment group was more prominent(P<0.01).(4)No serious adverse reactions occurred in two groups during the treatment.ConclusionOn the basis of the original antihypertensive regimen, the community comprehensive intervention based on traditional Chinese medicine has significant effect on reducing blood pressure of patients. It can improve BMI,blood lipid and other indicators, reduce TCM syndrome score, improve the quality of life of patients with hypertension to a great extent, and has no obvious side effects. It is clinically safe and effective, and can be promoted. |
