Retrospective Analysis Of Hospitalized Cases Of Children’s Henoch Schonlein Purpura With Gastrointestinal Involvement

Objective:Statistical analysis of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of abdominal allergic purpura,treatment prescriptions,to provide evidence-based medicine basis and data for reducing the use of hormones in abdominal allergic purpura.Methods:Retrospectively analyze the data of hospitalized cases with Henoch-Schonlein purpura as the first diagnosis from 2017 to 2020 in the Pediatric Department of Shandong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and use Spss22.0 and Symmap database for statistics.Result:A total of 300 children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP)were included in this study,of which 156 cases were abdominal purpura.Acute upper respiratory tract infection is a common cause of first and repeated attacks.Common pathogens are Helicobacter pylori,streptococcus infection,Epstein-Barr virus infection,and Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Logistic regression analysis showed that white blood cell count and D-dimer increase were related factors of abdominal purpura.The hormone use rate of 156 cases of abdominal purpura was 78.2%.Abdominal purpura is characterized by more heat syndromes,less cold syndromes,more evidence,and less deficiency syndromes.The main syndrome types are damp-heat stasis syndrome and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.Add prescription Dachaihu Decoction and Guizhi Fuling Pills Later,the curative effect was improved,and the hormone use rate was reduced by 20%.Conclusion:1.The infection factors of abdominal purpura are Helicobacter pylori,Streptococcus,Epstein-Barr virus,Mycoplasma infection in descending order.2.Increased white blood cell count and D-dimer are related to the occurrence of abdominal purpura and are related factors.3.Glucocorticoid is still an effective treatment for abdominal purpura.4.The most common syndrome types of abdominal purpura are:damp-heat stasis syndrome and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.Increase the selection of Dachaihu Decoction and Guizhi Fuling Pills.The curative effect is higher than before,and the hormone usage rate is reduced by 20%.
