ObjectiveTo survey clinical data of children with allergic purpura in anhui province children’shospital, and analyze the clinical risk factors related to recurrence in children allergicpurpura (HSP), and provide theoretical basis for clinical early diagnosis, earlyintervention, early treatment.MethodsThe clinical data of348HSP patients was collected in children’s hospital from January2010to December2010. The patients were diagnosed according to the practicalpediatrics ZhuFuTang diagnostic criteria of HSP. An database was established byEpiData3.1, and SPSS15.0software was used for data processing and analysis. Meandifferences between the two groups was compared using student’t test. The count datawas turned into percentage, and chi square test was used to compare the percentagedifference. The odds ratio (OR) calculated by multi-factor Logistic regression analysiswas used to evaluate the risk of the factors which influence HSP recurrence. Thesignificance of risk was tested with Walds method (P<0.05). The changes of HSPrecurrence rate and related risk factors were observed by dietary intervention.ResultsThe survey includes364HSP cases.348cases were regularly followed-up according tothe requirement and16cases were lost. The followed-up rate was95.9%. The results ofunivariate analysis showed that there was significant difference between the two groupsin age, gender, infection, food allergy, renal involved, leucocyte number, Neutrophilsratio, Lymphocyte ratio, monocytes number, platelet(PLT), mean platelets volume (MPV), albumin, lactate dehydrogenase(LDH), urea nitrogen, creatinine, triglyceride, cholesterol total, activated coagulation time of whole blood (APTT) andimmunoglobulin G(IgG). The results of Logistic multi-factors regression analysisshowed that age, mononuclear cell count, IgG, LDH, PLT, MPV were independentlyassociated with recurrence of HSP in children (P <0.05). Compared with non dietaryintervention group, the recurrence rate of the dietary intervention group was decreasedsignificantly (P <0.05), and monocyte count, LDH, IgG, PLT count and MPVdecreased and have significant difference (P <0.05).ConclusionAge, mononuclear cells and LDH, IgG, PLT, MPV factors are the recurrence riskfactors of HSP. HSP children with the above factors should be observed closely toreduce the recurrence rate. |
