Clinical Study On The Distribution Of TCM Syndrome Type And The Characteristics Of Syndrome Factors Of Metrorrhagia And Metrostaxis

Objective: To analyze the distribution of TCM syndrome types of metrorrhagia(anovulatory abnormal uterine bleeding)patients and the characteristics of disease location and syndrome elements of disease nature,so as to guide the clinical treatment based on syndrome differentiation..Methods: By means of questionnaire survey,the basic information of patients and TCM four diagnostic information were collected,the database was established,and the data were analyzed to study the distribution of TCM Syndrome Types and the characteristics of syndrome elements.Results: 1.A total of 15 types of syndromes were obtained.(1)classification of deficiency and excess: 86 cases(46.99%)of deficiency syndrome;66 cases(36.07%)of mixed deficiency and excess syndrome;31 cases(16.94%)of excess syndrome;(2)specific syndrome types: 7 types of patients with more than 10 cases,the order from high to low is Yin deficiency and blood heat syndrome,spleen qi deficiency syndrome,kidney qi deficiency syndrome,blood stasis syndrome,kidney yin deficiency syndrome,spleen and kidney qi deficiency syndrome,Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.2.There are 10 kinds of syndrome elements extracted from syndrome types,including 3 kinds of disease location syndrome elements: kidney,spleen and liver;7 kinds of disease type syndrome elements: Qi deficiency,yin deficiency,blood heat,blood stasis,qi stagnation,Yang deficiency and dampness.3.93.99% were treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction,60.11% with western medicine,39.89% with Chinese patent medicine,23.50%with curettage,and 13.11% with external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.4.Emotional stimulation,work and rest disorder,labor loss,labor productivity and family heredity can affect the occurrence of metrorrhagia.Conclusion: The occurrence of metrorrhagia and metrorrhagia is related to many viscera and factors,and deficiency syndrome and excess syndrome are common in clinic.Yin deficiency and blood heat syndrome is the most common,followed by spleen qi deficiency syndrome,kidney qi deficiency syndrome and blood stasis syndrome.The core pathogenesis of metrorrhagia is the instability of kidney Tiangui Chong Ren axis,which leads to the disorder of Chong Ren axis and abnormal accumulation and diarrhea of uterus.The kidney is the leading factor,which is closely related to liver and spleen.
