Observation On The Effect Of Xiaoyao Powder And Kaixin Powder In The Prevention And Treatment Of Tumor Related Depression Of HER-2 Positive Breast Cancer

Research purposes:Herceptin targeted therapy has become an effective treatment for breast cancer patients with HER-2 positive.The occurrence of breast cancer is due to liver depression,bad mood,as well as the pathogenic factors such as phlegm and congestion produced by the tumor itself and the mental system side effects and cardiac toxicity caused by long-term application of Herceptin,The main manifestations are distacted,insomnia,thoughtfulness,emotional instability,and other symptoms of mind loss,liver depression and stagnation.In clinical practice,Kaixin Powder and Xiaoyao Powder are effective in preventing and treating tumor related depression,improving heart function and improve ejection fraction.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to treat from the theories in heart and liver,and to use the methods of calming heart,soothing liver and relieving constipation Objective:To evaluate the preventive and therapeutic effects of Xiaoyao Powder and Kaixin Powder on tumor related depression of breast cancer,and to confirm their clinical advantages in preventing and treating tumor related depression,alleviating Herceptin’s nervous system side effects and cardiotoxicity,so as to provide scientific and reliable basis for the prevention and treatment of tumor related depression of breast cancer patients during Herceptin targeted treatment period in the future.Methods:according to the inclusion criterias,60 patients with HER-2positive breast cancer in the targeted treatment period were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,30 cases in each group.The experimental group received Herceptin treatment,with Xiaoyao Powder and Kaixin Powder（300ml every day）,3 weeks as a course of treatment,insisting on 2 courses of treatment.The control group only received conventional Herceptin targeted treatment Before treatment,the first and second course of treatment and follow-up of TCM syndrome score,HRSD₂₄score,cardiac ejection fraction were evaluated,and the curative effect was evaluated by statistical method.Results:1.From the angle of TCM syndrome efficacy score,the score of patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）.In addition to the above symptoms,the patients in the second course of treatment were more considerate,The scores of speech movement reduction,forgetfulness,less sleep and more dreams in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）.At the same time,the total scores of TCM syndromes in the experimental group were also significantly lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）.It is suggested that Xiaoyao Powder and Kaixin Powder have a significant effect on the prevention and treatment of tumor related depression and improve the related TCM symptoms The long-term effect is ideal.2.HRSD24 is the most commonly used scale in clinical evaluation of depressive state.This experiment evaluated the main single symptoms in the scale,including emotional depression,difficulty in falling asleep,not deep sleep,early awakening,sluggishness,agitation（restlessness）,mental anxiety,somatic anxiety,work and interest.After two courses of treatment,the above symptoms were effectively alleviated and the scores were reduced.The total scores of the first and second course of treatment and follow-up in the experimental group was also higher than that in the control group（P<0.05）.The number of patients in the experimental group who reached the normal state or decreased the depression level after treatment were higher than that in the control group（P<0.05）.3.From the ejection fraction point of view,the cardiac ejection fraction of the experimental group increased gradually,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（P<0.05）,suggesting that Xiaoyao Powder and Kaixin Powder can improve cardiac function,effectively prevent cardiac toxicity and improve ejection fraction.Conclusion:Xiaoyao Powder and Kaixin Powder have good preventive and therapeutic effect on the symptoms of tumor related depression in HER-2positive breast cancer patients,and can improve the long-term quality of life of patients,which provides the basis for clinical Xiaoyao Powder and Kaixin Powder to prevent and treat tumor related depression from heart and liver.
