Clinical Study Of Ziyin Yangxue Decoction On Thin Endometrium Of Kidney Yin Deficiency Type And Its Effect On Pinocytic Process Expression In Endometrium Of Rats

Objective:1.Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Ziyin Yangxue Decoction in the treatment of thin endometrium of kidney yin deficiency type,preliminarily explore the mechanism of the prescription in this disease,summarize Professor Li Keqin’s experience in the treatment of thin endometrium,and provide a safe and effective idea and choice for clinical treatment.2.Objective To observe the effect of Ziyin Yangxue Decoction on pinocyte expression in thin endometrium rats by establishing thin endometrium rat model,and to explore the mechanism of Ziyin Yangxue Decoction on improving thin endometrium receptivity.Methods:1.Clinical research:60 cases of patients with thin endometrium of kidney yin deficiency type were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the observation group were treated with Ziyin Yangxue decoction,and 30 cases in the control group were treated with estradiol valerate tablets combined with progesterone capsules for 3 menstrual cycles.The endometrial thickness,menstrual volume,clinical pregnancy and TCM syndrome score of patients with infertility were observed.2.Animal experimental study: 40 female SD rats with normal estrous cycle were randomly divided into 4 groups with 10 rats in each group.In addition to the blank group,the other groups were taken intrauterine perfusion method to establish thin endometrium rat model.After modeling,the model group was given normal saline by gavage,the traditional Chinese medicine group was given Ziyin Yangxue Decoction by gavage,and the estrogen group was given estradiol valerate tablets by gavage.Each group was given three consecutive estrous cycles.The uterine tissue was taken out,and the Pinyin process expression of each group was observed under scanning electron microscope.Results:1.The clinical pregnancy rate of the observation group was 30.77%,the control group was 20%,and the clinical pregnancy rate of the two groups was not significantly different(P>0.05).2.The thickness of endometrium in the two groups was increased after treatment,and there was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of endometrial thickness in the observation group was73.33%,and that of the control group was 60%,which was significantly different(P<0.01).3.The menstrual volume of the two groups was increased after treatment,and the two groups had significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.01),and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05)between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).4.After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups was lower than that before and after treatment,and there was a significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01).The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).5.The total effective rate of the observation group was 73.33%,which was higher than that of the control group(46.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.After treatment,the expression of the cytoid process in the rats in each group was significantly different.The number of mature cytoid processes in the estrogen group and the traditional Chinese medicine group was more,the morphology of the cytoid process in the traditional Chinese medicine group was more regular,the boundary was more obvious,the surface microvilli basically subsided,and the expression was better than that of the estrogen group.It was suggested that both Ziyin Yangxue Decoction and estradiol valerate can promote the development of the endocytoid process in the thin model of endometrium,and the effect of Ziyin Yangxue decoction is more obvious.Conclusion:1.Ziyin Yangxue decoction is superior to estradiol valerate tablets combined with progesterone capsules in the treatment of thin endometrium of kidney yin deficiency type.It has more advantages in increasing the thickness of endometrium,improving the menstrual volume and kidney yin deficiency syndrome.2.Ziyin Yangxue decoction can promote the development of pinocyte process in thin endometrium model rats,and can effectively improve the state of thin endometrium in rats.
