Clinical Study On Shugan Qingli Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritis(Disharmony Between Liver And Stomach And Damp-heat Syndrome)

Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Shugan Qingli decoction in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis with disharmony of liver and stomach and damp-heat syndrome,and to evaluate the safety of the medicine.to provide an effective,safe and affordable treatment scheme of traditional Chinese medicine for patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis.Methods: 60 patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis(disharmony between liver and stomach and damp-heat type)were collected.30 patients in the treatment group and 30 patients in the control group(randomly divided into two groups)were treated with Shugan Qingli decoction(1 day 1 dose,morning and evening after meals)and omeprazole enteric-coated(Take it orally before meals in the morning and evening,20 mg each time)tablets respectively for one month.the changes of TCM syndromes and gastric mucosal inflammation were observed before and after treatment,and recorded in detail.Results: after the treatment,statistical analysis was carried out: in terms of the curative effect of TCM syndrome,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.005%,which was significantly better than that of the control group(73.33%)(P < 0.05).There was significant difference between the traditional Chinese medicine group(86.67%)and the western medicine group(56.67%)(P < 0.01).Conclusion: Shugan Qingli decoction is effective in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis of disharmony between liver and stomach and damp-heat,which can not only improve the TCM syndrome of patients,but also alleviate the inflammatory reaction of gastric mucosa.
