| Objective:The In this clinical study,we observed the curative effect of Shengyang Yiwei Decoction in the remedy of chronic non atrophic gastritis with spleen stomach damp heat syndrome,studied the classic prescriptions,summarized which marker symptoms were the targets of the prescription,and combed the experience of famous and old Chinese medicine in the remedy of chronic gastritis,so as to provide the basis for the treatment of spleen stomach disease with Chinese medicine prescriptions.Methods:The treat group which had 33 cases was cured by Shengyangyiwei Decoction,the control group which had 32 cases was cured by another granules named Sanjiuweitai.By recording the symptom changes before and after treatment comparing the score and combined with gastroscopy analysis,comparing the difference of treatment effect within and between groups.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,excluding 7 cases that failed to complete the test,3cases fell off in the treatment group during the treatment process.Finally,the remaining 33 cases completed the test.in the other control group,4 cases fell off,and remaining 32 cases completed the test.The total effective rate about treatment group was 90.91%,and another group was78.13%.The total score before treatment was 20.56±4.91 in the treatment group and 21.63±4.49 in the control group.The total score after treatment was 5.34±5.85 in the treatment group and 11.23±8.12 in the control group.Within group and between groups,P﹤0.05,showing that the treatment group is better than the control group.Shengyangyiwei Decoction in treating chronic non-atrophic gastritis is superior Sanjiuweitai Granules.Conclusion:Through spss25.0 statistical software to analyze the indicators,the treatment of chronic non atrophic gastritis(spleen and stomach damp heat syndrome)compared with Sanjiu Weitai granule,Shengyang Yiwei Decoction modified curative effect is significant,and better than the control group Sanjiu Weitai granule.. |
