Clinical Study Of Jiawei Lingpu Mixture Combined With Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules In The Treatment Of Posterior Circulation Ischemic Vertigo(Phlegm And Blood Stasis Obstructing Orifice Syndrome)

Objective: To study the clinical application of tutor’s experience prescription Jiawei Lingpu mixture combined with flunarizine hydrochloride capsule in the posterior circulation ischemic vertigo(phlegm and blood stasis obstructing orifice syndrome).Methods: Following the principle of randomized controlled trial,the included patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine,that is,controlling blood pressure,blood lipids,blood sugar and other conventional treatment methods were given according to the condition.On this basis,the control group was given oral flunarizine hydrochloride capsules,and the observation group was given oral Jiawei Lingpu mixture on the basis of the control group.The treatment lasted for 14 days.During the period,the dizziness handicap inventory score,TCM syndrome score,transcranial cerebral doppler(TCD)index and blood lipid index before and after treatment were observed and recorded.Results: The improvement effect of the observation group in the dizziness handicap inventory score,TCM syndrome score,TCD index,blood lipid index was better than that of the control group,and the improvement of blood,urine,stool routine and liver function,kidney function,and coagulation during treatment and the ECG test showed no obvious abnormal changes.Jiawei Lingpu mixture combined with flunarizine hydrochloride capsule has good efficacy and high safety in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo(phlegm and blood stasis obstructing orifice syndrome).Conclusion:(1)Jiawei Lingpu mixture combined with flunarizine hydrochloride capsule can effectively stabilize blood lipid,intervene the atherosclerosis process of posterior circulation system,improve the ischemia state of posterior circulation and increase cerebral blood flow.(2)Jiawei Lingpu mixture combined with flunarizine hydrochloride capsule can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo(phlegm and blood stasis obstructing orifice syndrome),with high safety.
