| Objective:Through the clinical study of electric acupuncture combined with Jian Fei Fang in treating simple obesity of stomach-heat and dampness-stagnation type,so as to explore the effect of electric acupuncture combined with Jianfei Fang on related obesity indicators,clinical efficacy and body inflammation state.To provide some reference for clinical treatment of simple obesity.Methods:This research adopts randomized method will be included in the standard of 89 patients with simple obesity of Stomach-heat and Dampness-stagnation were divided into 3 groups,the combined treatment group 30 cases,the electric acupuncture group 30 cases,and a Jianfei Fang group 29 cases.Based on the academic idea of "qi-induced yuan invigorating spleen and stomach",the electric acupuncture group was treated with electric acupuncture,the main acupoints were Tianshu,Huaroumen,Quchi,Neiting,Yinlingquan,Sanyinjiao,Zusanli,Fenglong,Guanyuan,Qihai,Xiawan,Zhongwan,adding electroacupuncture with dense wave,and the time of needle retention was 30 min,once every other day,3 times a week,4 weeks for a period of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment.The treatment of Chinese medicine group was based on the principles of clearing the stomach,strengthening the spleen,daily 1 agent,4 weeks as a course of treatment,The combined treatment group was treated with electric acupuncture combined with Jianfei Fang,and the course of treatment was the same as above.After treatment,to observe the efficacy of the three groups in the treatment of simple obesity of Stomach-heat and Dampness-stagnation and to summarize the differences between the three groups combined with the patient’s height,weight,body mass index,waist circumference,hip circumference,blood lipid level,and inflammation.Results:After treatment,85 cases completed the experiment,including 29 cases in the combined treatment group,29 cases in the electric acupuncture group,and 27 cases in the weight loss group.(1)Total clinical effective rate: After treatment,the total effective rate of the combined treatment group is 93.1%,the total effective rate of the electric acupuncture group is 75.9%,and the total effective rate of the Jianfei Fang is59.3%.By comparison,the combined treatment group is better than the electric acupuncture group(P<0.05).the effect of the electric acupuncture group and the weight-reducing prescription group was similar(P>0.05)(2)Obesity related indicators: After treatment,the weight,BMI,wa ist circumference,hip circumference,TG,LDL-C of the three groups of patients were statistically significant compared with those before treatm ent(P<0.05);According to comparison between groups,In terms of im proving body weight,BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference,TG,LDL-C,the effect of combined treatment group is better than that of t he electric acupuncture group and the weight loss group(P<0.05);In te rms of improving body weight,BMI,waist circumference,hip circumfer ence,and LDL-C,the effect of the electric acupuncture group and the weight-reducing prescription group was similar(P>0.05).In terms of im proving TG,the electric acupuncture group was also better than the Jia nfei Fang group(P<0.05).(3)TCM syndrome scores: The TCM syndrome scores of the three groups are statistically significant compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The combined group is better than the electric acupuncture group and the Jianfei Fang group(P<0.05),and the electric acupuncture group is also superior to the Jianfei Fang group(P<0.05).(4)Inflammatory factor levels: After treatment,TNF-α and IL-6 of the three groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Comparison between the groups,the degree of TNF-α and IL-6 decreased significantly in the combined treatment group than that of the electric acupuncture group and the Jianfei Fang group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between the electric acupuncture group and the Jianfei Fang group(P>0.05).Conclusion:electric acupuncture combined with Jianfei Fang is an effective method for the treatment of simple obesity of stomach-heat and dampness-stagnation.The clinical effect is significantly better than the simple electric acupuncture group and the Jianfei Fang group.There are several obvious advantages in obesity-related indicators and the level of inflammation in the body.Based on the academic idea of "qi-induced yuan invigorating spleen and stomach",it is reasonable and effective to choose electric acupuncture combined with Jian Fei Fang based on the principles of clearing the stomach,strengthening the spleen and eliminating phlegm and fat in the treatment of Stomach-heat and Dampness-stagnation. |
