Clinical Study Of Zhuang Medicine’s "Meridian Fire Needle" Combined With Bloodletting Therapy In The Treatment Of Convalescence Of Peripheral Facial Paralysis

Objective:The pathogenesis of peripheral facial paralysis was discussed by using Acupuncture therapy of muscle and fire in Zhuang medicine combined with bloodletting therapy to treat patients with peripheral facial paralysis in convalescence,and the pathogenesis of peripheral facial paralysis was discussed according to the theory of "longitudinal paralysis".Methods:60 patients with peripheral facial paralysis who met the inclusion criteria,It was randomly divided into control group and observation group in30 cases.The control group used traditional acupuncture treatment,referring to the "Acupuncture and moxibustion" National higher Chinese Medicine College Planning textbook(10th Edition),selected acupoints:GB14,SI18,ST6,ST5,TE17,LI4,GB20,LU7.The treatment group was treated with Acupuncture therapy of muscle and fire in Zhuang medicine combined with bloodletting therapy,Observation group along the head of the liver meridian,Du pulse point bloodletting,Follow the affected side to find the focus,loose tendons knot,Fire-needle therapy for tendons,To generate electrical shock,No needles.Three consecutive sessions,After three sessions,To observe the H-B scale,modified Portmann scale and facial disability index(body and society)before and after treatment,Clinical data were tested for normal distribution,SPSS 22.0 software for statistical analysis,Metrological data are normal,Showed sx ±,t-tests were used for independent group comparisons,Comparison between paired groups using paired samples t-test;Data doesn’t satisfy normality,Using the median(quartile),Mann-Whitney U tests were used for independent group comparisons,Matching group comparisons,Wilcoxon symbol rank test;For rank sum inspection,Count data with X2 inspection.P<0.05 was statistically significant.Results:1.The H-B scale before and after treatment was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).2.The scores of improved Portmann before and after treatment were improved(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).3.The somatic function score(FDIP)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).4.The score of social function(FDIS)was lower in the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).5.Compared with the total effective rate of the two groups(P<0.05),the comprehensive treatment of peripheral facial paralysis convalescence was better than that of conventional acupuncture group.Conclusion:(1)Theclinical efficacy of Zhuang Medicine’s "meridian fire needle" combined with "Longlu" bloodletting therapy in the treatment of PFP convalescent patients was observed.The total effective rate of Zhuang Medicine’s "meridian fire needle" combined with "longlu" bloodletting therapy was significantly better than that of traditional acupuncture group,indicating that "meridian fire needle" combined with "longlu" bloodletting therapy had obvious curative effect in PFP convalescent period,indicating the clinical effectiveness of the therapy.(2)Through the research results of this subject,it is considered that the curative effect from "gluten" theory is more significant than that from "pulse" theory,which shows that the treatment PFP from "gluten" theory has more advantages,no obvious adverse reactions and high safety.It has certain popularizing application value.
