Contrastive Observation Of The Effect Of Pushing The Large Intestine Meridian In Different Directions To The Heart Or Centrifugation In The Treatment Of Constipation(Excessive Constipation)in Children

Objective:To observe the difference in clinical efficacy of centrifugal or centrifugal push on the large intestine meridian in the treatment of constipation(Excessive Constipation)in children,aiming to explore the relationship between centrifugal push and centrifugal push on the large intestine meridian with nourishing and reducing(clearing).Methods:A total of 60 children with functional constipation who were identified by TCM syndrome differentiation were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the time order of visit,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with centripetal pushing method,while the control group was treated with centrifugal pushing method.The operation frequency was 200 times/min,and the operation time was10-15 minutes.The two groups were treated for 6 consecutive days as a course of treatment,with a total of 1 course of treatment.The TCM syndrome scores of constipation before and after treatment and the clinical efficacy after treatment were observed in the two groups,and the observation results were statistically analyzed.Results :(1)After treatment,the total scores of TCM syndromes,the scores of primary and secondary symptoms of constipation in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the total scores of TCM syndromes,primary symptoms and secondary symptoms between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).(2)In the observation group of 30 cases,1case was cured clinically,16 cases were significantly effective,11 cases were effective,and 2 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 93.33%.In the control group of 30 cases,1 case was cured clinically,15 cases showed obvious effect,13 cases were effective,and 1 case was ineffective.The total effective rate was 96.67%.There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups by rank sum test(P>0.05).Conclusions :(1)Push to the heart or centrifugale by the two methods of massage can improve clinical symptoms of pediatric constipation real secret type of real secret children with functional constipation has better clinical curative effect,and both of the relative merits of points.(2)As far as the results of this study are concerned,there is no clear correlation between the centririal and centrifugal thrusting of the large intestine and reinforcing and reducing(clearing).
