Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Children With Constipation (Gastrointestinal Hot Type) By Tuina And The Barbed Four Seam

Objective: To observe the effect of massage and spine four joint treatment ofconstipation in children (gastrointestinal tract dryness-heat type) clinical efficacy, withperiod for pediatric constipation prevention and control to provide a safe, standard,effective comprehensive treatment technology.Methods: the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria for the gastrointestinal tractdryness-heat constipation patients were randomly divided into90cases, massage and thornfour seam group, simple sting four seam group and simple massage group. Massagecombined with thorn four seam group with massage: specific acupoints (Qing e., gossip,and two horses transported inside, back rubbing shoulders Yang Chi, six hollow organs,abdominal massage, pushing the seven section of bone, and Gumi) with the four aperturealternating pricking blood therapy; simple sting four seam group: the four aperturealternating pricking blood therapy; simple massage group: treated by massage given points(points ibid.) treatment, observe clinical curative effect, and the effect of each group wereanalyzed, the optimal treatment regimen.Results:1clinical efficacy, massage and spine four seam group6cases were cured(20%),15cases (50%), effective in8cases (26.7%), invalid in1cases (3.3%); simplemassage group2cases were cured (6.7%),3cases (10%), effective in19cases (63.3%),6cases are invalid (20%); simple sting four seam group2cases were cured (6.7%),7cases(23.3%), effective in17cases (56.7%), invalid in4cases (13.3%).2massage combinedwith thorn four seam group had the highest efficiency (96.7%), simple massage group totalefficiency is the lowest (80%), simple sting four seam group total effectiveness Center (86.7%), total effective rate between the three groups, P<0.05, there was significantdifference.Conclusion: massage combined with thorn four suture for treatment ofgastrointestinal tract dryness-heat type of constipation in children is more effective than asimple spines of four joints and simple massage therapy effect, for clinical treatment ofconstipation in children with better comprehensive treatment method, it is worthy ofclinical application.
