A Research On TCM Syndrome And Medication Rules Of Chinese Medicinal Herbs Of Lupus Nephritis Based On Data Mining

Objective:To analyze the clinical research literatures of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes and treatment of LN on data-mining technology,and explore the rules of TCM syndromes and characteristics of Chinese medication.Methods:By searching the clinical literatures about TCM syndromes and treatment of LN had published in China Biomedical Literature Database,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)Database,Wanfang Database,and Chongqing Weipu Database from January 2000 to September2020.Strictly according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria screened literatures,included literatures,standardized names,extracted the data and established the databases.Applicated of statistical software IBM SPSS Statistics 24.0 for frequency analysis of TCM syndromes,syndrome factors,Chinese herbal medicines,the classifications of Chinese herbal medicines,and analyzed the commonly used Chinese herbal medicines by cluster analysis.Analyzed the association rules about the commonly used Chinese herbal medicines,the common TCM syndromes and Chinese herbal medicines,based on the Apriori algorithm of IBM SPSS Modeler18 software.Results:1.The 152 literatures about TCM syndromes and Chinese herbal medicine of LN are screened.Among them,19 types of syndromes are involved,mainly including heat toxin flaming syndrome,spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome,yin deficiency internal heat syndrome,liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome,qi and yin deficiency syndrome,spleen and kidney qi deficiency syndrome;There are 12 kinds of factors are extracted from the19 types of syndromes,including 3 disease-based syndromes,kidney,spleen,and liver;9 disease-related syndromes,mainly deficiency,heat,dampness and stasis.2.There are 161 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines used in the literature,and the total frequency is 2674 times.The 47 traditional Chinese medicines with frequency ≥15 were used as common Chinese medicines.161 Chinese medicines belong to 16 Chinese medicine categories,with the most frequent use of tonic medicines,followed by clearing away heat,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,diuretic and dampening medicine,astringent medicine,warming internal medicine,and antiepileptic medicine.3.The cluster analysis of commonly used traditional Chinese medicines obtained 20 drug combinations: such as Zhimu,Phellodendron amurense;Chinese Yam,Poria;Ligustrum lucidum,Eclipta prostrata;Dodder,Lycium barbarum;Artemisia annua,turtle shell,tortoise shell;Astragalus,Codonopsis,Golden Sakura seeds;comfrey,houttuynia cordata,dandelion;oldenlandia diffusa,red peony root,buffalo horn;Chinese yam,tuckahoe,dogwood,tree peony,Alisma;Anemarrhena,phellodendron,gypsum,forsythia,gardenia,scutellaria.4.Association rule analysis: the combination of two-flavor to five-flavored drugs with strong correlation in the treatment of LN is often composed of the compatibility of tonic drugs,clearing heat drugs,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs,and diuretic and dampening drugs.With the increase in the number of medicinal flavors,the compatibility of commonly used traditional Chinese medicines has gradually formed prescriptions,mainly consisting of Xijiao Dihuang Decoction,Qingying Decoction,Erzhi Pill,Zhibai Dihuang Pill.Conclusions:The disease location of LN is in the kidney,spleen,liver,and the main diseases are deficiency,heat,dampness and stasis.2.The syndrome of LN nephropathy is the most common syndrome of heat and toxins,followed by spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome,yin deficiency internal heat syndrome,liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome,qi and yin deficiency syndrome,spleen and kidney qi deficiency syndrome,damp-heat syndrome,blood The syndrome of blood stasis often appears as a clip.3.LN’s traditional Chinese medicine is mainly tonic and heat-clearing medicines,supplemented by blood-activating and stasis-removing medicines,diuretic and dampening medicines,astringent medicines,warming internal medicines,and anti-surface medicines.Through cluster analysis and association analysis,the compatibility of Xijiao Dihuang Decoction,Qingying Decoction,Erzhi Pill,Zhibai Dihuang Pill,etc.,was obtained for the treatment of LN.
