Objective: To study the application of Ye Tianshi’s academic thoughts in infantile febrile disease,and fully understand Ye Tianshi’s academic experience in etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis,syndrome differentiation,treatment and medication of febrile diseases in children,and to enrich and perfect the theoretical system of syndrome differentiation and treatment of febrile diseases in children.Methods:1.Through literature research,theoretical research,and other methods to explore Ye Tianshi’s understanding of children’s physique and the etiology and pathogenesis of infantile febrile disease,diagnosis,syndrome differentiation,treatment,medication and other aspects,comprehensively grasp Ye Tianshi’s academic thinking and academic experience in the treatment of infantile febrile disease.2.Based on the above research methods,combined with mathematical research methods,collect Ye Tianshi treatment of warm diseases in children,including medical cases,and medical prescription medication clear and complete,prescription drugs according to the Excel form,establish a database,generate children total database and temperature of wind temperature,spring temperature,heat temperature,summer temperature,summer heat,wet temperature,autumn dryness,winter temperature,epidemic,malaria,acne rash and so on,including 12 Excel data sheets.The SPSS Moderler18.0 of children belong to "pure yang",physical characteristics of weak viscera;on the etiology of febrile disease in children,Ye Tianshi thinks that feeling warm evil is a disease,or latent evil long-term heat can also occur;syndrome differentiation,mainly using Wei Qi Ying blood syndrome differentiation,tri-jiao syndrome differentiation,complex disease syndrome differentiation and physical syndrome differentiation combined with a variety of syndrome differentiation and flexible application;Diagnosis method aspect,he created a special diagnosis of tongue,teeth,plaque rash and other febrile diseases;according to the physical characteristics of children,make good use of the treatment method,such as nourishing yin,nourishing positive trust,penetration and catharsis and other common treatment of febrile diseases;In the aspect of treatment,Ye Tianshi founded the theory of differentiation and treatment of the four seasons about infantile febrile disease,and his unique views on the
