Zhigancao Soup Based On CiteSpace And Data Mining Contemporary Medical Record Research

Objective: The research will sort out the development history,academic trends and research hotspots of Zhigancao Decoction related research fields,and use data mining technology to conduct statistical analysis on the modern medical records reported by clinical research institutes,and study the clinical application of Zhigancao Decoction in order to improve The pertinence of its clinical application.Methods: Part One: Bibliometric analysis of research papers related to Zhigancao Decoction,sorting out its research history and trends,using China Journal Full-text Database,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,Weipu Journal Resource Integration Service Platform and China Biomedical Literature Database Relevant literature is the data source.The search time will be established until October 31,2020.Bibliometrics and Cite Space software are used to visually analyze the publication year of the literature,the publishing organization,the author of the paper,the published journal,and the key words of the paper.The second part: using data mining technology,through collating and statistical analysis of medical records reported in modern clinical,summarizing the disease,symptoms,tongue,pulse,medicine and other information in the research medical records,studying the patient’s age,season of onset,and The interaction between the affected area and other related factors and the use of Zhigancao Decoction.Results: 1.Bibliometric analysis,including 2489 articles related to Zhigancao Decoction.The number of documents researched in this field is on the rise.Among them,Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(57 articles)and its affiliated Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital(19 articles)have published the most active articles;Chen Qi(19 articles)and Chen Lanying(14 articles)Author groups represented by)and Bi Ming(14 articles)are the most active in publishing articles in this field.From the perspective of keyword co-occurrence analysis,the clustering modules such as Jingfang,viral myocarditis and coronary heart disease arrhythmia in the cluster analysis are relatively large and are the main research content in this field.2.Data mining included a total of 524 medical records of Zhigancao Decoction.The analysis found that the most common diseases treated by Zhigancao Decoction were heart palpitations,chest numbness,dizziness,asthma,and insomnia.The main symptoms involved were "palpitations"."Weakness" and "Chest tightness" are the main ones;the main pulse condition is "Made generation pulse";the common tongue conditions are "light tongue" and "red tongue";the proportion of the original prescription is basically the same as that of the original record,and the usual additions are added.The main medicines are tonic medicines,tranquilizers,and blood stasis-removing medicines,such as Codonopsis,Astragalus,Salvia,Jujube Seed,Schisandra,etc.Commonly used medicines include(1)Mother-of-pearl,Fushen,Dragon’s teeth,Radix isatidis;2)Anemarrhena,Bupleurum,Citrus aurantium;(3)Amomum villosum,Citrus aurantium,Sandalwood,Pueraria lobata,Longan flesh;(4)Polygonatum,dogwood,Morus alba;(5)Panax notoginseng,Gansong,Coptis,Cypress Ren;(6)Turmeric,Sophora flavescens,Polygala;(7)Scallion White,Trichosanthes,Pinellia.Conclusion:(1)The related literature of Zhigancao Decoction has been increasing year by year.The research hotspots in this field are "viral myocarditis","coronary heart disease arrhythmia",and "monoammonium glycyrrhizinate".(2)The types of Zhigancao Decoction for modern treatment of diseases are expanded on the basis of "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" and "Synopsis of the Golden Chamber".The main symptoms and pulse conditions of the diseases treated are still heart palpitations,chest tightness,and pulse formation.The tongue is mostly pale tongue.(3)Later generations used Zhigancao Decoction.The original medicinal flavors were mostly roasted licorice,Ophiopogon japonicus,Guizhi,donkey-hide gelatin,hemp,ginseng,jujube;raw rehmannia occasionally used as a substitute or the same with cooked ground;occasionally,ginger had dried ginger or Cannon ginger replacement.There is no significant difference in the dosage ratio between the medicinal flavors and the original text of "Treatise on Febrile Diseases".(4)Zhigancao decoction mainly uses tonic drugs,tranquilizers,blood stasis-removing drugs,heat-clearing drugs,and astringent drugs.It is more effective for strengthening the spleen and lungs,replenishing qi and calming the heart,soothing the nerves and eliminating troubles.Codonopsis,Astragalus,schisandra,salvia and jujube seed are mostly.(5)The commonly used Chinese medicine groups for the preparation of Zhigancao decoction are: mother-of-pearl-Fushen-Dragon’s teeth-Radix Isatidis;Zhimu-Bupleurum-Citrus aurantium;Amomum villosum-Fructus Aurantii-Sandalwood-Pueraria lobata-Longan flesh;Polygonatum-Dogwood-Mulberry parasitic.(6)The region has a certain influence on the dosage of Zhigancao Tangyuan recipe,and the dosage is larger in Northeast China.(7)Age and
