more attention to the practical application of traditional Chinese medicine classics.In the early days of the Republic of China,the four major Lingnan diamonds gave Lingnan The typhoid school made a significant contribution to the development of the typhoid school.When treating the Jiawu plague,they analyzed and summarized the incidence trend and symptom characteristics of the plague at that time provisions of "Treatise on Febrile Diseases",adds the comments of the admired former sages to analyze the provisions,and inserts personal arguments for the provisions and clinical medical cases as justifications.From the book,you can discover the grammar and writing methods of compiling the detailed reading clauses,and distinguish the authenticity of Zhang Zhongjing and the extra content of Wang Shuhe."Li Beiliu Medical Records" is a collection of Li’s medical records by Li’s son.It records Li’s medical records of fifty years of clinical practice.Although not all of Li’s medical systematic study of the two works of Li Beiliu mentioned above,Li’s views on the Six Classics are explored,the pulse understanding of Zhongjing’s theory,and the annotations of other predecessors are analyzed and annotated;secondly,it uses mathematical principles as The basic attribute partial order structure explores the practical ideas and the rules of prescriptions and medicines left by Li Pei on the prescriptions.MethodsIn order to obtain a complete and authentic content,this research is based on the book Li Beiliu,Liu Shuting,and Li He’s proofreading "Treatise on Febrile Diseases Chongzheng Edition" as the blueprint.Under the premise of respecting the original work,we sort out and read the contents of the book carefully.Research and other methods unearth Li Beriu’s academic thoughts.The school-annotated version of "Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Chongzheng" contains medical records of Li Beiliu,which are collected from the medical records of Li Beiliu and "Selected Compilations of Medical Records of Old Chinese Medicine in Guangzhou".Through the data analysis of the medical records in the book,the data is entered into the MICORSOFT EXCEL for digitization,and the collected data is analyzed using the attribute partial order principle to generate a visual attribute partial order structure.Analyze the sub-nodes,summarize their commonalities and specificities,and use them to sort out and summarize the laws and innovative knowledge points of the prescriptions and medicines used by Ribeliu.ResultFrom the "Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Chongzheng Compilation",it is found that Li Biliu’s analysis of the provisions in Zhang Zhongjing’s "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" shows that Li Piliu has unique insights into Zhang Zhongjing’s pulse conditions.Wang Shuhe’s compilation of pulse conditions is deleted.Li Shi reveals Zhang Zhongjing’s pulse theory It is analyzed from two aspects: 1)The evidence is available and there is no need to analyzed,combined with whether the pulse syndrome should be dealt with.If not,the pulse should be discarded from the syndrome.Secondly,in the Six Meridian Disease Vessel Syndrome,Li Beriu has its own unique thoughts for each sutra.Each of the sutras brings out Li Beiliu’s different views.For example,in the chapter on Taiyang disease,he often uses personal clinical experience to confirm the provisions;in the chapter on Shaoyang disease,in the chapter on Taiyang disease,Li Beiliu uses his clinical experience to confirm the provisions,and also explains The symptoms of febrile disease are the attributes of the syndromes and the objects of the syndromes of lack of food,fever,extremities,thirst,lower benefit,abdominal pain,and weak pulse.Among the 73 medical records of Lipiliu,ginseng,peony,aconite,rhubarb,and light tempeh covered more points.Commonly used prescriptions include Chaihu decoction,Sini decoction,and Zhenwu decoction.In addition to the reconciliation agent and warming agent,there are also decimal offensive agents,such as Dachengqi Decoction and Didang Decoction.The prescriptions in the Liberiu medical record are broad,covering the six classics.It can be understood that Lippiliu complies with the teachings of "Treatise on Febrile Diseases",is rigorous in formulas and prescriptions,and respects the use of additions and subtractions in the original works.For example,Xiao Chaihu Decoction to Pinellia plus Trichosanthes has a clear idea on the addition and subtraction of Lipid.Li’s medical records cover a wide range of cases,and some of them are unique.Li’s medical prescriptions are used to treat surgical diseases.It was discovered that Li Shi liked to use large-dose prescriptions,which were simplified and complied with the original prescriptions of Treatise on Febrile Diseases.Regarding the prognosis of the disease,Li Shi mostly treats patients with yang deficiency with Zhenwu Decoction and Lizhong Decoction,and will also use diet therapy for the prognosis and make the disease heal.ConclusionThe innovation of this research is to dig deeper into the content of Li Beiliu’s "Treatise on Febrile Diseases",to discover the characteristics of Li’s treatment of Zhongjing’s pulse syndrome,as well as the application and annotation of the six classics,and to explore his prescriptions.Unique.Secondly,it comprehensively records all of Li’s existing medical records,conducts a visual analysis based on the principle of attribute partial order,and explores the uniqueness of Li Pei in the practical application of the Treatise on Febrile Diseases and the uniqueness of syndrome differentiation and prescriptions,and creates a brand new database.
